Lovely check in, was late around 1130pm. The guy was lovely, he was sad for me cause I had missed out on my dinner inclusion. In my room i found chocolates, fresh fruit and water. Breakfast was great. Nice spot, close to airport with a free bus. Easy :) Thanks!

Hotel von außen keine Augenweide, von innen aber recht schick. Pool & Liegen für die Hotelgröße sehr unterdimensioniert. Großer Vorteil: direkte (kostenlose) Busanbindung nach Luxemburg-Stadt fast direkt gegenüber. Ausbaufähig/mäßig begeisternd: das Frühstück. Die Tabletts geben einem eine Art Kantinenfeeling. Die Tische im Essbereich werden nicht eingedeckt. Die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen sind leider bestenfalls "Befriedigend -". Das Rührei bspw. Ist wirklich nicht ok für eine 4*-Haus, der Kaffee auch nicht.

Room was clean and spacious. However, coridors could get new carpets because present ones smell really bad even if they clean them every day. Fitness center was just okay. The only training machine that was there was not functioning properly so only free weights were actually usable. I did not try cardio machines. Indoors wimming pool and saunas are way too small for the size of the hotel and water is pretty cold. We did miss water boiler in the room or coffee machine. That would improve a lot the overall stay. I mention it because we like to wake up pretty early and there is nowhere in the hotel you can get coffee or tea at early hours. The earliest was at 7 and even then you can get it only if you also purchase the breakfast. Despite all the minuses, it was still a good stay due to the location of the hotel and most of all plenty of free parking.

The hotel was in a ideal place to catch the bus into the city and free. Great staff and friendly too. The outside pool was very busy but only a few sun loungers. I was disappointed with the lack of tea /coffee facilities in the room , most basic hotels provide this. I would return .

Großes Tagungshotel mit Außen- und Innenpool, Sauna ect. ! Der Poolbereich im Garten kann noch etwas mehr Garten-Möbel , Liegen Schirme ect. vertragen, er ist aber schön groß. Eine falsche Zimmerauswahl (ohne Klima!) wurde nach einer Nacht zur Zufriedenheit gelöst! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, das Restaurant ist gut und man findet immer etwas passendes auf der Abendkarte. Das Frühstück ist ok, entspricht aber nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel (Rührei aus der Packung!). Alles in allem ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für einen Städtetrip nach Luxemburg, durch die kostenfreien Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

All in all a good one. I particularly recommend this hotel for a summer stay, with the lovely outdoor pool, but the indoor one and the sauna were also nice. Unlike in most big hotels, the windows could be opened in the room, I appreciated the fresh air instead of the usual AC. The room itself was in order, nothing special, clean, but a proper desk with a good chair and a kettle to make tea would have been nice.

We had a terrible experience here; the hotel and room itself was nice but the service and issues we had made it very stressful. We were here 3 nights (full two days). We put the DND sign on the door and the maids entered our room both days and rummaged through our things. Moved our stuff around including dirty clothes and toiletries. It was such an invasion of privacy. We complained to the front desk the first day and were reassured it wouldn’t happen again and then it happened again the 2nd day. It was clear the maids were looking for something or checking out our things. Very disturbing. We complained to the front desk again - of course they said the manager wasn’t in until the next morning. The next morning we tried to speak to the manager and she refused to speak to us. They comped us two waters worth $14 euros for our “inconvenience”. That was the worst part. The other part was, this place is on the outskirts of town in the hills which is a beautiful setting, however, there is nothing in walking distance and there is no room service and the one restaurant closes at weird hours leaving you stranded for eating options.

Eine falsche Zimmerauswahl (ohne Klima!) wurde nach einer Nacht zur Zufriedenheit gelöst! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, das Restaurant ist gut und man findet immer etwas passendes auf der Abendkarte. Das Frühstück ist ok, entspricht aber nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel (Rührei aus der Packung!). Alles in allem ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für einen Städtetrip nach Luxemburg, durch die kostenfreien Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

All in all a good one. I particularly recommend this hotel for a summer stay, with the lovely outdoor pool, but the indoor one and the sauna were also nice. Unlike in most big hotels, the windows could be opened in the room, I appreciated the fresh air instead of the usual AC. The room itself was in order, nothing special, clean, but a proper desk with a good chair and a kettle to make tea would have been nice.

Great staff. Bar staff could be more friendly. Huge school groups in which makes the hotel more like a school holiday camp. Breakfast was average and the restaurant menu was a bit dull and not inspiring so we went out to eat

We had a terrible experience here; the hotel and room itself was nice but the service and issues we had made it very stressful. We were here 3 nights (full two days). We put the DND sign on the door and the maids entered our room both days and rummaged through our things. Moved our stuff around including dirty clothes and toiletries. It was such an invasion of privacy. We complained to the front desk the first day and were reassured it wouldn’t happen again and then it happened again the 2nd day. It was clear the maids were looking for something or checking out our things. Very disturbing. We complained to the front desk again - of course they said the manager wasn’t in until the next morning. The next morning we tried to speak to the manager and she refused to speak to us. They comped us two waters worth $14 euros for our “inconvenience”. That was the worst part. The other part was, this place is on the outskirts of town in the hills which is a beautiful setting, however, there is nothing in walking distance and there is no room service and the one restaurant closes at weird hours leaving you stranded for eating options.
