Nice Clean Room, Quiet Environment. The only improvement needed is the pillow, which is not comfortable, should provide better quality. Other than that, the room is fine.

Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

the room to me is a non-smoking one which is what i ordered, but i can smelt smoke in the room from time to time. they provided me a air-purifier. Though this has solved the problem, the hotel should have a stricter measure prohibiting smoking in the hotel.

空調や部屋がカビ臭かった点がとても気になりました。そもそも湿度が高いので仕方のない部分もあるかもしれませんが、空調のクリーニング等でぜひ改善してほしいです。
ロケーションは良く、マカオ半島側のカジノへ徒歩10分程度、セナド広場も徒歩圏内でアクセスできます。
