I was a great trip. The hotel is great . It is clean, nearby the town and the owner is very very kind. we finally stayed there for the whole holidays 12 days.

Not recommended. The hotel location inconvenience, nothing around the hotel, must driver out or take cab. Hotel staffs Super unfriendly, first day check in, because of the breakfast issue, the staff said: If you want cancel the hotel, just cancel, they no need our business”, how can a service staff answer like this??? Super rude and unfriendly staffs. Guys, please take note, Breakfast is chargeable, Adult RM15, Kids RM10. Don’t blindly book the hotel, stated free breakfast but need to pay at the end. And the breakfast not worth the money. Stated 7:30am to 9:30am for buffet breakfast, but 8:30am reach the buffet place, nothing to eat. Ask the staff, they said left bread, just eat bread. What kind of service is that?? Pay RM15 for a person only eat bread. The room overall is new, but the furniture all is lousy, especially the double decker bed, totally cannot sleep well. My advise is Don’t waste money to book room with double decker bed, you will regrets. My bad experience in Langkawi.

What can I ask for more? Big room. Big bathroom. Big bed size. The room got a balcony. Near to Cenang busy area. Will check in here again in future.

Nice hotel, nice swimming pool, but terrible room service and staff not helping. No extra pillow, no kiblat sign and no daily House keeping.

Hotel is quite new. Our room was on the ground floor in front of the pool, which was very nice. Bed was comfortable but pillows very hard. Shower was good. They provided shower gel, not hand soup. There was no trash bin in the toilet. Drinking water and coffee was provided on the first day. Hotel is in peaceful area, there is a nice view to the field and mountains. There's two supermarkets, local restaurant, laundry and pharmacy near the hotel. Uber to Pantai Cenang costs about 3-6 myr. If you want to walk there, it's takes about 20min. You can rent a scooter from hotel. We had mosquitos in the room but we buyed a repellent. Also some little bugs and ants in the bathroom. The breakfast could be better. Food was cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lady in the reception speaks quite good english. The hotel should pay attention to cleaning. There were lot of spider web and dust in the room. We had the patio and the green "grass" area wasn't clean. Bed sheets had stains. Feels like they didn't clean properly after previous guests. They cleaned your room every day if you wanted. They empty trash bins, made the bed and change towels. They didn't wash the toilet or room floor for a week and didn't change the bed sheets either. We think that hotel has a lot of potential. We understand that it's not a 5 star hotel but we think that good cleaning it's not too much to ask.

It was a good experience overall, friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is good, away from the busy cenang but within a walking distance. We took several packages (island hopping, mangrove ride, etc) from the hotel transfers included which was great. The only inconvenience was the presence of aunts in the room.

The room was comfortable and it even had a small backyard with sun chairs. The only unpleasant thing were the ants that we had to wash away, there was a trail of them in the middle of the floor. The hotel is a walking distance from the Cenang beach shopping street.

Good hotel .. every thing is nice .. Free breakfast but malaysian food .we don't like it. Helpful staff.

Terrible since we had to taxi for everything .We spent lot of money for taxi for even go for lunch and dinner . Surroundings is very dirty and balcony has not been cleaned .

I am not really sure it is a hotel. No toiletries, except some cheap soap solution in the bathroom. We never got any coffee/creamer/tea bags in the room. Breakfast is delivered to the room, but it is basic and bad. We are vegetarians, and it added to the trouble. It is not as close to the Pantai Cenang area and we were thankful that we hired a car. Although we asked for making up our room daily, it was never cleaned very well. Room did not have a phone, so we kept going to the lobby for any small task. Of course, no room service! TV had 3 channels, all Malay. The construction of the building seems to use the cheapest of construction material: the bathroom door was plastic and we saw some cracks here and there. Plenty of mosquitoes in the room, and the staff did not help with any repellent even when we asked. This accommodation can best be called a 'hostel'. Now the good part: since it is a small place, perhaps we could ask for a customized breakfast and get it. We did not try it, but the last day I saw rice being provided for the room next door, while we were provided dry bread daily. Water bottles were not provided daily, but there was a water dispenser which was very useful. Most touristic tours pick from the lobby. Pool is nice and plenty of kids playing around. The balcony is nice. Using our car, we were able to hit the beach and the pantai cenang road in 10 mins. Staff are sweet, but they do not always understand what you say.

The hotel's boss was rude. I check in for 3D2N, after 1st day but the next day he came to ask whether I would like to extend stay 1 more night... My itinerary stated included breakfast but he said no

不知道是不是因为特惠，房间在二楼最边上，衣柜门被拆了我们能理解为方便，但门上二层锁被拆了，，，连马桶盖和坐圈都没了是为何，，，服务员大都不熟通英文，但还是很尽职，像一大早七八点猛敲门送早餐，，，早餐还行，毕竟兰卡威也没啥好吃的，另外酒店里蚂蚁是真的多，，，思念我大美食天堂槟城，，，虽然遇到的司机和前台都说兰卡威治安好，但酒店外围在修建，很容易爬上来的feel，而且正值淡季，整个兰卡威宛若空城，又无聊又让人隐隐害怕，我坚持用衣柜堵门口，又用冰箱堵阳台，，，有一个早上下了场大暴雨真的很恐怖，，，但这儿的泳池很舒服，尤其是白天去浮潜失望之后，芭提雅岛鱼虽不少但水真的脏，，，后来酒店渐渐多人入住了，就没那么怕了yo

Nice, value for money, reasonable facilities, polite staff. For families and backpackers. A bit far from Cenang beach but centrally located to all attractions in Langkawi (e.g. Kuah, Cable Car, Mangrove tour).

Booked queen size bed wth two single beds for four pax in a room. Checked in wth queen size bed and double decker bunk bed, with the top bunk bed position just right below the aircond. And the worst part is that the bunker bed gives out cricking sound with each movement. Did not rest well wth the sound from the bunk bed. And just imagine the person sleeps on top bunk bed wth air cond blasting out to his face. Swimming pool is tiny but good clean pool Staff hospitality two thumbs up Simple breakfast Location is not too bad, 10minutes walk away from the beach

Great stay, great staff, one of the staff let us use the bicycles, name is Cheff or something? Great reception, wonderful breakfast, especially the BACONS! Everywhere is walkable or reachable. Would recommend this place definitely. My wife and I had a splendid stay! WE WANT MORE!!
