Bilik dalam agak lembap, mungkin disebabkan cuaca. Apabila saya berjalan ke bilik saya, saya dapat melihat sampah yang sama pada dispenser aliran bebas sinki selama 2 hari, mengapa pengemasan tidak membersihkannya? Kadang-kadang anda dapati seseorang sedang merokok di lobi hotel, keselamatan tidak mengawalnya.

Kami menempah bilik kami melalui traveloka dan ia selamat, tetapi apabila kami tiba di sana, hotel mengatakan bilik tidak tersedia. Sangat tidak profesional dari hotel besar ini yang kononnya mempunyai 7,000+ bilik untuk disimpan dan diuruskan. Mereka memberitahu kami untuk menunggu selama 2-4 jam untuk mendapatkan sekurang-kurangnya bilik yang tersedia dan itu tidak 100% pasti! Pekerja juga sangat tidak membantu dan tidak profesional. Wanita yang menjaga tiket untuk barisan penerimaan tetamu tidak mahu memberikan saya nombor tiket dan saya terpaksa hampir bertengkar dengannya untuk dia memberikan tiket giliran! Siapa peduli jika terdapat lebih 200 orang dalam senarai menunggu?? Saya juga memerlukan nombor giliran untuk jaminan! Bukan tempat anda untuk memberitahu saya saya tidak boleh mendapatkan tiket giliran sedangkan hak SAYA untuk mendapatkannya dan menunggu dalam barisan. PERKHIDMATAN TERUK. SESUNGGUHNYA.

Saya mula-mula menempah untuk 2 malam, kerana anak saya mengatakan tidak cukup untuk menginap untuk 2 malam, jadi saya menambah 1 malam lagi dengan kod tempahan yang berbeza, tetapi selepas menginap 2 malam, kad akses bilik saya tidak boleh digunakan untuk masuk ke bilik, jadi saya pergi ke penerimaan untuk meminta bantuan supaya saya boleh masuk ke bilik saya semula, tetapi saya telah disusahkan dengan diminta untuk beratur pada waktu tengah malam, seperti Dunia Pertama saya akan menginap di hotel ini, saya tidak pernah menginap di Hotel Pertama, seperti Dunia Pertama saya akan menginap lagi Saya ke Genting Highlands lagi.

Saya datang dari Jakarta & pergi bercuti ke Genting dan pertama kali menginap di First World Hotel, semuanya baik, cuma masa nak check in terpaksa beratur sebab guna mesin tapi ada orang tolong jadi tak silap tekan butang, hotel ni terletak di dalam mall tapi bagus, suasana di luar hampir tak kedengaran sebab dapat bilik di hujung sana tak bising jadi mungkin dari situ'. Jika saya bercuti di sini, saya mungkin akan menginap di hotel ini, disyorkan.
