Room was clean and comfortable. My kids love the swing and slide. Pool and playground on level 6 was great too. The washer dryer was a plus as we could wash and dry our swimwear. Will definitely book again.

It was so clean, the wash machine had dryer function, place was spacious, my kids loved the indoor playground, their favourite stay by far. It was a wonderful experience. Everything to love and nothing to complain about.

Nota Penting
Seperti yang diumumkan oleh Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia, Cukai Pelancongan dikenakan mulai 1 Januari 2023 untuk semua tetamu hotel yang bukan warganegara Malaysia atau bukan pemastautin tetap Malaysia. Sila jangkakan bahawa hotel akan mengutip Cukai Pelancongan daripada anda semasa daftar masuk di hotel. Kadar Cukai Pelancongan ialah 10 RM setiap bilik setiap malam.
Anda akan diminta membayar caj-caj berikut di hartanah. Fi mungkin termasuk cukai yang berkenaan:
- Deposit kerosakan sebanyak MYR 100 perlu dibayar sebelum daftar masuk.
Kami telah menyertakan semua caj yang disediakan kepada kami oleh hartanah.
- Bayaran tetamu tambahan mungkin dikenakan dan berbeza mengikut dasar hartanah
- Pengenalan bergambar keluaran kerajaan dan kad debit mungkin diperlukan semasa daftar masuk untuk bayaran sampingan

- Hartanah ini menerima kad debit dan bayaran mudah alih; wang tunai tidak diterima
- Pilihan bayaran mudah alih termasuk: Touch 'n Go eWallet dan DuitNow
- Pesta atau acara berkumpulan di tapak hartanah adalah tidak dilarang
- Hos tidak menunjukkan sama ada terdapat pengesan karbon monoksida di hartanah atau tidak; pertimbangkan untuk membawa pengesan mudah alih semasa perjalanan
- Hos tidak menunjukkan sama ada terdapat pengesan asap di hartanah atau tidak
Tidak ada meja depan (tempat menyambut tetamu) di hartanah ini.Untuk membuat pengaturan daftar masuk, sila hubungi hartanah sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum ketibaan, menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.Tetamu mesti menghubungi hartanah lebih awal bagi mendapatkan arahan daftar masuk dan maklumat pengambilan kunci. Tetamu boleh mengakses penginapan mereka menerusi pintu masuk persendirian. Waktu senyap dikuatkuasakan di hartanah bermula dari 22:00 hingga 7:00.

Kids are excited about the in-room facilities. It’s good and clean overall, the only thing which can do better probably is the bathroom. There’s some stink came out from the drain.

Property or SR agents only contacted me via WhatsApp after I had checked in at 7pm giving me instructions on how to collect the access cards from mail box. According to the email from them they were supposed to contact me via WhatsApp before 1 day. So they missed out the date. And did not even bother to apologize for their mistake.
The projector was nice as it gave a large screen but Netflix was not working. Only able to watch YouTube.
The air condition was not cold even with both air con turned on to minimum temperature.
The property had specific closing time for swimming pool on certain days of the week. We were not informed of such schedule and couldn’t enjoy the pool as when we went there it was the closure time.

A very family friendly accommodation! I was visiting legoland and chose to stay here rather than the very pricey legoland resort hotel.
What I love about this place:
- quiet
- affordable
- clear and fast communication from the host
- clean
- the interior decor is excellent, comes with a slide that my son can play with
- short drive from this place to legoland
- many food options nearby
- even comes with microwave oven, fridge, washing machine with dryer
- comes with projector and quite good sound system
- the host provided free washing detergent but it was empty -.-" (haha but i know its a bonus, most host dont)
What I did not like:
- water pressure from the shower was quite weak and there were some flies
Overall I would still give full marks... Thank you host!

Our kids love it. Had so much fun in the room. Property is new, clean and safe with ample presence of security guards. Projector screen and water cooler in the room was a plus. Lots of good food via grab. Looking forward to the next stay already.

Stayed here with our 12yo and it was so much fun. The room itself was clean and decent, communication was easy with the self-checkin process (you will be added to a whatsapp group) and paid a deposit of RM100 prior to check in, and you would get the money back the next day once you checked out. Spacious room with one queen and 4 single mattresses, can easily fit up to 6 adults. There was a washing machine, well-equipped mini kitchen, good for long term stay. About 5-7 mins drive from Legoland. We also stayed a night in the Legoland Resort but regret after seeing the conditions of Legoland these days. Smart Ready is a much better choice if you are considering Legoland.
