Good hospitality and support.

The room was a little outdated and has a strange smell when entering the rooms which are some the downside of the accommodation. However, accessibility is fantastic. Near to sunway pyramid mall and several eateries which are the plus point.

I recently stayed at Sunway Resort Suite and had a fantastic time One of the standout features of this resort is the excellent value for money. The suite I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. It had a large bed and 2 single bed, a well-designed bathroom with a soaking tub, and a private balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. For the price, I felt I was getting much more than I anticipated, making it a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. The location of the resort suite is another major plus. It’s located right next to Sunway Pyramid Mall, one of the biggest and most popular shopping malls in the area. This was incredibly convenient, as I could easily walk over to the mall whenever I wanted to shop, dine, or catch a movie. The mall offers everything from international brands to local stores, and there’s a wide range of dining options to choose from. If you prefer to explore outside the resort, there are plenty of other attractions nearby as well, like Sunway Lagoon theme park and other entertainment options, making it a great place to base yourself if you're visiting the area.

Communication with the hotel was very prompt and efficient! Room was in good condition and was fully equipped with utensils, cooking stove, microwave, fridge and water dispenser. Its also connected to the shopping mall.

Host was amazing. Prompt in all his replies, clear instructions, and very accommodating. 10/10 for host, definitely. Room was clean, Smart TV could connect to our Netflix account, and a new air con had been installed which was cold and powerful! Appreciate the new air con, and space for a small dining table. Cutlery and cooking pots and hot water flask and towels and hair dryer provided, good size fridge too. Not too keen on the toiletries (I think the shampoo was very watery), so we bought our own from the mall. There was a bit of smell coming from the bathroom piping, so we just block that with a piece of cardboard. Was much better after that.

Easy and very convenient place

Price are too expensive and not worth the stay, payed a lot to stay for few nights but had ants crawling all over the toilet, walls was practically peeling off and had some strange white powder on the kitchen stove.

Instructions sent via whatsapp was clear and easy to follow. Fuss-free arrangements. Sufficient toiletries and towels. However, there was insufficient coffee sachets (only 2 for an entire family of 4 for 3 days stay), and given mineral water in minute bottles. Double/ bunker bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Clothes-hanger stand in balcony is rusty.

We thought it was another ordinary hotel room, but the suite was spacious, with basically a kitchen attached (including cutleries, a fridge, microwave etc), and a bathroom/toilet that is quite big too. All with a very affordable budget. TV with many channels to choose from. Even lego toys for the kids! Very near Sunway Lagoon and the shopping mall. Very convenient. Raymond, who hosted us, was very fast in respond and friendly as well. If any "minus" point to note, can find some ants at the kitchen table and the "dining" table. Not many, but always can find a few. So have to be careful with opened food items. Overall, a very affordable and yet homely unit. Certainly will book it again if we ever back at Sunway.

A great place to stay and a few mins away from sunway mall. A very comfy place too! Owner is so friendly and accommodating. We love it!
