Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 5 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Air Taxi between 6 AM and 3:30 PM, with an expected waiting time of at least 2 hours. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are recommended to reserve a room the previous day to guarantee an early check-in or alternatively book a local hotel room in Sheraton Maldives overnight. Luggage in excess of 25 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 13-17.
