My wife, our two young children and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well located, within a short drive to Ramla beach and Victoria. The breakfast buffet is worth it. The pools are also excellent, especially the roof top pool where you can see the beautiful landscape surrounding the hotel.

Skal du bo i Marsalforn anbefaler jeg Reed Hotel. Hyggelig personale, rent og relativt nytt. To basseng, riktignok ikke veldig store, men fungerer mer enn nok. Tre minutter spasertur ned til «sentrum». Hvis jeg skal komme med forbedringspunkter, så må det være å oppgradere frokosten noe, samt merke allergener. I tillegg skulle jeg ønske at det var treningsrom tilgjengelig.

Very good breakfast! Very nice staff, they helped us with a breakfast to go do our early check out . The rooftop pool and area was really good with a beautiful view.

Great hotel. Staff were absolutely lovely and attentive. There are 2 pools to use and both are lovely. Only downside was that the balcony wasn’t really a balcony for our room, it was shared and very small, not able to fit a chair in. Also, it is important to note that the hotel is still undergoing construction so one day was woken up at 8 in the morning to loud drilling. If no drilling and a bigger balcony would be 5 star!

The hotel is situated in a quiet and picturesque area. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and had some beautifully modern aesthetic upgrades including various levels of lighting. We appreciated the layout of the space and all of the shelving and storage available in our room. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast on-site offered many different options for various international preferences and was well-stocked. We also enjoyed some of the pizza for dinner one evening, and thought it was ok. Everything was clean and well maintained but we were a bit bothered by the flies during patio mealtimes and bees and wasps while enjoying the pool areas.

The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!

Lovely hotel. Really clean and the staff is lovely. There is a new swimming pool area but it was closed almost the whole time we were there, and the sauna was out of action, which was hugely disappointing as I emailed/messaged the Reef to check they'd be open for our stay and they assured me they would be. Anyway, breakfast was good and the outdoor pools were nice but very cold until later in summer.

Very disappointing stay The hotel is still under renovation, and many facilities are either not working or only partially available (pool, spa, etc.). The jacuzzi is especially disappointing: the water pressure is so weak you can barely tell if it’s on, and worse, there are sharp edges that could easily cause injury. The pool itself was also an issue, the water didn’t look clean, with visible debris floating in it, which is not acceptable. The room was decent overall, but the mattress was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced, far too soft, making it impossible to sleep properly. On top of that, the air conditioning is very loud, and the night mode doesn’t seem to work. Overall, a big disappointment, especially considering the expectations.

Beautiful new hotel with great breakfast and parking. Reception staff was incredible, very caring and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. There were a lot of roadworks around Gozo so that was a challenge with such narrow streets, but hotel was well located we managed to drive everywhere and reception staff provided us with maps and tips to find good parking around the island. The spa is not open yet but looks amazing so far. We had issues in the pool with my friends’ getting a skin rash and their swimsuit ending up bleached, we made reception aware and were appropriately compensated. Overall it’s a good place to stay with caring staff

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Restaurant Olive, welches zum Hotel gehört, serviert sehr leckeres Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht vielseitig, frisch und gut umsorgt. Das Personal war freundlich. Das einzige, was zu bemängeln war, ist, dass unsere Bikinis sich im Wellnessbereich aufgrund der Chemikalien verfärbt haben. Unsere Rückmeldung dazu an der Rezeption wurde lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen.

Our room was exceptionally spacious with a mini-fridge, large comfortable bed with soft pillows. We were provided with a large TV with numerous channels, Youtube and Netflix. We sunbathed in a nice area surrounding a small pool. There was also a nice internal pool and spa. A rooftop pool was under construction and I assume would be open to guests in the coming months. The breakdast was pretty good with varied options. The staff were polite and attentive. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the harbour where there were a variety of restaurants, some with great sea views. The hotel has only recently been built and all the fixtures and fittings are in brand new condition.
