Magnifique hôtel sur une belle plage avec des installations superbes. La végétation y est luxuriante et les deux piscines tops. Seul bémol un problème avec les restaurants. Nous ne sommes venus que deux jours mais il fallait réserver les restaurants du site (il y en a 5) très à l’avance. Le premier soir de notre arrivée nous n’avons pas pu dîner sur place car tous étaient complets et il n’y a que très peu d’autres alternatives autour. Le personnel est très accueillant . Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

Pagué por dos noches en una suite. Llegamos y la habitación estaba en mal estado y súper sucia. La respuesta fue bastante mala. Esperamos 1 hora y media a que vinieran a limpiar y cuando vinieron había suciedad que estaba tan incrustada que ni salía. La colcha la cambiaron 3 veces y seguía estando sucia. Los empleados fueron lo más maleducado y desagradable que me he encontrado en toda la isla. Al día siguiente, tuve que retrasar mi salida porque un señor supuestamente encargado vino a revisar todo para no darme ni una solución, solo decirme que tenía un regalo. Supongo que el regalo sería que el día de check out querían que pagara 2 bebidas, que finalmente después de exponer Semejante situación no pagué. Un 5 estrellas no se puede permitir este estado ni este trato. Y por cierto, está lleno de niños y padres maleducados chillando. La comida además es pésima e incluso se va la luz todo el tiempo.

We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service.

The propery is adverised as 5 star resort unfortunately it is not, the rooms we were shown to had various issues the curtians had holes in the dresser was broken. We complained and the staff were helpful and gave an upgrade. The rooms are not family friendly there are no doors between the bedroom and the shower ao if you are having a shower or on the toilet and you are sharing your room with young children there is nothing stopping them comming in. Also if you go online google will tell you the resort has a heated pool but it does not anymore. Glasses/saucers are not replaced and washed rather rinsed in the sink and put back for you to use. For the amount you pay it is not what i expected especially as a 5* resort.

Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta. Cibo internazionale, soprattutto asiatico. Al ristorante italiano Sapori abbiamo mangiato bene. Purtroppo la spiaggia è esposta al vento e quindi difficilmente sfruttabile. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Da risolvere il “problema” della coda a colazione e cena al ristorante principale: in una struttura del genere non è accettabile rimanere in fila per accomodarsi a mangiare.

The Long Beach Resort was an excellent place to relax no matter if the weather was not always so perfect. The hotel service (everybody was incredible polite, very professional, positive life style) and excellent sports amenties were outstanding. Even unusual wishes of our daughter (Henna Tatoo at kid‘s club) have been made possible. Rental car delivered and returned on site without complex bureaucracy. The restaurant food and ambience was excellent (very good variaty and quality, we booked our tables via hotel app which worked perfectly). We have a premium suite with beachfront (wake up by sunset).

The propery is adverised as 5 star resort unfortunately it is not, the rooms we were shown to had various issues the curtians had holes in the dresser was broken. We complained and the staff were helpful and gave an upgrade. The rooms are not family friendly there are no doors between the bedroom and the shower ao if you are having a shower or on the toilet and you are sharing your room with young children there is nothing stopping them comming in. Also if you go online google will tell you the resort has a heated pool but it does not anymore. Glasses/saucers are not replaced and washed rather rinsed in the sink and put back for you to use. For the amount you pay it is not what i expected especially as a 5* resort.

Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta. Cibo internazionale, soprattutto asiatico. Al ristorante italiano Sapori abbiamo mangiato bene. Purtroppo la spiaggia è esposta al vento e quindi difficilmente sfruttabile. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Da risolvere il “problema” della coda a colazione e cena al ristorante principale: in una struttura del genere non è accettabile rimanere in fila per accomodarsi a mangiare.

The Long Beach Resort was an excellent place to relax no matter if the weather was not always so perfect. The hotel service (everybody was incredible polite, very professional, positive life style) and excellent sports amenties were outstanding. Even unusual wishes of our daughter (Henna Tatoo at kid‘s club) have been made possible. Rental car delivered and returned on site without complex bureaucracy. The restaurant food and ambience was excellent (very good variaty and quality, we booked our tables via hotel app which worked perfectly). We have a premium suite with beachfront (wake up by sunset).
