Casa9 in Condesa is an exquisite boutique hotel, with great ambiance and all the comfort you could ask for, but most of all its staff is extraordinarily helpful and accommodating all our last minute requests. Roberto is a super host and manager. Without him we would not have had the unique and unforgettable experiences during this very busy season and he went out of his way to provide us with the best Day of the Dead experience one could dream. We are deeply grateful to him and the entire kind staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel/B&B. We enjoyed the privacy of our room and expansive patio. Beautiful décor and the location was easy walking distance to many attractions. Great breakfast as well!

We had a really lovely time, all restaurants and bars are really closeby, walking distance. The breakfast area - cocktail lounge is absolutely stunning! A secret paradise behind a very old colonial facade!

We had a very nice stay at Casa 9. It is a beautiful and clean property. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is very good as well, near some excellent restaurant options. I would have given perfect scores but the “virtual” 24/7 concierge was not very responsive to us. I have only seen positive feedback on the concierge service in other reviews so we may have caught him during a bad time. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend Casa 9.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Casa 9. We felt well taken care of and there was a 24/7 virtual concierge via Whatsapp which was comforting to know even if we didn't really take advantage. However there are a number of things I think they should consider upgrading (mainly within the rooms themselves) given the higher price point. I would be happy to run through the list with someone from the property if they wanted to reach out.
