El internet nunca funciono, fue necesario salir de la propiedad para trabajar con wifi, no pudieron solucionarlo, me dejaron la sensacion de que no hay wifi en el hotel

el cuarto tenia olor a encerrado y tomo tiempo en orearse.

Place was decent and the room was very cleaned. Only issue was my next door neighbor was super loud at 4am in the morning, and the tv channel were not available.

La calidad es de acuerdo al precio, en la habitación que estuve, una sencilla, la TV se reiniciaba cada 40-50 min, había bajones de luz cada 20-30 min, mi Apple Watch se descompuso con eso, la cama muy inocomoda y mal ubicada me pegue unas 4-5 veces al levantarme y el colchón realmente incómodo. No hay shampoo ni acondicionador

Falta de higiene

First time and last.. this hotel doesn't have Parking you have to park outside if are lucky.. and A/C never works and they didn't clean my room the next day 😒... people smoke inside the building 😒 smell terrible

Esto no debería ser un hotel, está pésimo, mi cuarto estaba a un lado de la bodega, todos me veían,no había personal todo fatal 0 recomendado

Good location, but severely limited staffing. Maze of rooms, odd stairs, lack windows creates a fire hazard.

I recently stayed at this property, once arriving at the property to only find out they had change my room selection with out letting me know about first, the property staff was very rude and not willing to make my stay feel any better. The front desk who is the manager, was very rude and eager to just take the money. 0 stars on all levels!!

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no parking, shoddy neighborhood and they quoted me $20.00 more for the room i reserved. Don't waste your time or money, would not recommend this hotel at all and I've been going to TJ for 30 years, absolutely the worst.

I booked the stay because the photos look fantastic.......The arrival was rocky, I could find the place because it is among a residential area. The signature is eye level ONLY! I called to get better details and it helped. Parking is ONLY on the street. I booked the smallest room initially, but it was a large closet size (picture NOT according to scale !) .......I selected to upgrade to a city view window for just a little additional cost and was very happy. The staff lives on site ,so whenever I needed something the responses were quick and enthusiastic ! The staff ONLY spoke spanish, so it took a few tries to decode the wifi together with the staff.......lol. The place is clean, comfortable, and vibrant colors. The FREE breakfast was also a PLUS !
