Estancia agradable,el personal atento entodo momento desde el primer dia,para que nuestra estancia fuera lo mas agradable posible.

Excelente ubicación, se encuentra a 2 cuadras del jardín central, muy cómoda y limpia la habitación y la atención fue excepcional. Regresaría a hospedarme allí mismo.

muy buena ubicacion solo considerar que no cuenta con estacionamiento y en san miguuel son caros, las instalaciones cumplen con lo necesario y en muy buenas condiciones

We had a really nice stay overall. The hotel was super clean and in a great spot near El Centro, which made it easy to get around. Esther from housekeeping was especially wonderful, so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and she really made a difference during our stay. We had a balcony room, which we loved for the fresh air and natural light, and the cozy sitting areas on the first and second floors were a nice bonus. A small desk in the room would’ve been helpful, but it wasn’t a big deal. It could get a bit noisy in the mornings with cars and motorcycles, but honestly, being so close to everything made it worth it.

La habitación muy limpia solo un poco encerrada no tenía ventana .. y el cuarto de repente olía el baño a drenaje pero ... muy limpio;w impecable todo l, a persona muy amable la que se encarga del lugar .. sólo arreglar ese detalle....gracias ! En lo demás todo excelente !

Clean room and great housekeeper. The only downfall was the mattress too hard for us need a little extra cushion and would have liked a chair in the room.

This is a very clean hotel with comfortable beds and a very good location in the historic Centro (2.5 blocks from el Jardin (the park which is in the centre of town and next to La Parroquia, the iconic pink church, which you usually go to every night). There is a keypad lock on the front door which is handy because there is seldom staff on site. The Economy Room (#1) is the ground floor unit, nearest the front entrance. It has no windows so it’s dark at night but no natural light. The bed is comfy and it has its own bathroom but It is NOT quiet (you can hear vehicles on the street, people entering the hotel, rolling luggage above you and every conversation so our advice is to bring ear plugs. Lots of restaurants nearby including one of our favourites: Inside Cafe, 100m away on the main artery: Calle Insurgentes. Another fave restaurant is Pork Belly SMA on sterling Dickinson, a 25 minute walk. El Mirador (the scenic viewpoint) is a 20 minute walk uphill. Great view and combeincenstore across the street in case you need water, snacks or an $8.00 cerveza.

This place had great location walkable to everything great Housekeeper on staff. The only downside to staying at this place was the Wi-Fi signal would cut in and out pretty frequently. the first night I did have a loud hotel guest come in late at night. It does echo in the courtyard. There are no TVs or windows inside the rooms but overall a good clean safe place to stay.
