The location is great. The room was clean and super comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful. The bathroom could have been cleaner but everything else was wonderful. Keep in mind that the steps are a bit narrow going up but again, I enjoyed the stay.

Great location in the heart of Condesa. Restaurants are easily accessible, and it is also close to use the public transportation. Very safe neighborhood.
The host was very accomodating and made sure that I have everything I need. Would very much stay here again if I get the chance!

Bien situado en la Condesa. Tiene habitaciones cómodas con todo lo esencial. El wifi va bien. Tiene una cocina común donde hay agua filtrada, café y algunas cosas más. El personal es amable y tiene entrada autónoma. Metrobus al lado.
Había un pequeño tema con una luz que iba y venía, y creo que un microondas en su cocina le daría un punto adicional ya que es un desayuno muy útil.

It's a decent place to stay for a couple of days, but if you're looking to see and immerse yourself in CDMX, your best bet is to stay in Historic Center. Will it be a bit more noisy? Yes, but you wont have to deal with transportation back and forth to city center. And there's construction being done in the property so it was noisy throughout my stay. The next door guests were loud and would come in and out at all hours of the day, and made it hard to rest, since sliding door and front door are loud and heavy doors, and would make a huge thud when they would enter/exit.

We had a wonderful stay at Discover Condessa. The location and price were both excellent, and the staff was amazing. The only issue we had during was that the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking one evening and there was water all over the bathroom floor, but the friendly maintenance guy responded immediately and took care of it. It is an older building, so some issues are to be expected, and you could hear some loud construction during the day, but overall we really had a great experience and I would stay here again.

The location is perfect — very close to many food and drink spots and right by the main road. The street behind is lovely for daytime walks, though at night it can feel a bit quiet and dark, so it’s not ideal for tourists. Overall, I felt safe during our stay.
Cleanliness is excellent — I’d give it 9/10. The stairs to the second floor are narrow, which could be tricky for some people, especially if you’ve had a bit to drink 😅. The bedroom area is comfortable and worth the price. The bathroom ceiling is a little low — not an issue for me, but my husband is 6’4” — so taller guests may need to be cautious.
The main downside was the water: it doesn’t stay hot if other rooms are using it at the same time, and even when it is hot, it’s only for a short period. There were also a few small areas of mold on the shower ceiling.
Overall, we liked this place. It’s not a fancy hotel — if you have high standards, a traditional hotel might be better — but for the price and location, it’s a great Airbnb-style stay.

Oscar the host was wonderful and gracious. The beds were so comfortable, new memory foam mattresses and great pillows. Quiet spot right off the Hippodrome. We loved it and we'd stay there again!

El alojamiento tiene buena ubicación y la comunicación inicial fue buena. Sin embargo, la experiencia dejó mucho que desear.
Las instalaciones son deficientes: los colchones están en muy mal estado y la habitación es en realidad un garaje adaptado, sin ventanas ni ventilación. Además, resulta muy incómodo utilizar las áreas comunes, ya que todo el tiempo hubo una persona durmiendo en la sala, lo que impide usar ese espacio con libertad.
Para terminar, hubo un problema grave de gestión. Avisé que dejaría la estancia dos días antes de finalizar mi reserva por el mal estado de los colchones, con la intención de salir por la tarde. Sin embargo, no respetaron los tiempos y rentaron mi habitación desde la mañana, cuando yo aún tenía derecho a usarla. Una lástima la falta de seriedad.

The area around is good neighborhood and a lot of tourists around. There’s about cafes , shopping centers and walkable restaurants to go for. I stayed 8 nights here and it was very quiet and staff was a super nice guy. I give it a 8/10 only because I feel they could have cleaned the floor and shower area better when I arrived. Also, I feel the stairs need to get repaired because they make to much noise and one of them felt like it was ganna fall off any time soon. Overall, affordable and nice area.
