Perfect location! Beautiful inside and outside. Great value

This property was fine for one night but i don't think it would be a comfortable place to stay for an extended period.

Great, clean, charming stay in Roma Norte, walking distance to all amenities.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier, le parc verdoyant devant l’hébergement et les nombreux bons restaurants à proximité. C’est un environnement sécuritaire et très central par rapport à plusieurs quartiers qui se visitent à distance de en marche. Le seul inconvénient non négligeable que nous avons connu durant notre séjour était le bruit en début de nuit provenant principalement des employés du restaurant/bar se situant à côté de notre studio et, parfois, du bar se situant au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble. Une meilleure insonorisation de la porte-fenêtre donnant sur la ruelle améliorerait sans doute la situation. D’autres chambres sont probablement moins bruyantes dans cet établissement. Sans cela, nous aurions donné une note de 10/10 à l’établissement.

Had a great time at this property. Perfect location. So close to everything. A little loud at night, but nothing a sound machine didn’t drown out (it IS in the middle of the city). Great design and the staff were all extremely nice. Would stay again.

Nice place

This was really more like an AirBnB than a hotel, except without the cleaning fees and service charges. It’s not “really” a hotel. There’s no sign or lobby (to speak of), you check-in via a lockbox, and there was no daily room cleaning. Our room (#C) was large with full appliances, great TV with Netflix and Roku, but it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator. And there’s no A/C. The building is old, but charming, and faces a very nice park with cool drinking and dining places all around. The location is the best selling point… it was right where we wanted to be. Lovely, safe Roma Norte neighborhood, convenient to everything. Good communication with management prior to, and during, our stay. So, we were fine with it. It was very well priced, and in a great location. Good on a budget and I’d recommend it… but if you’re looking for luxury or service, might not be for you.

Great location and easy to get around get super comfortable to wander around. The staff was great when there was a mix up and quickly resolved the situation. Would stay again and great bar around then corner called Bar Las Brujas with a great team.

Todo estuvo muy bien! El lugar tiene de todo cerca, está muy cómoda la suite. Nos gustó mucho! Sin duda regresaríamos.

Muy buena atención por parte del host 😊 el depa suuuuper bonito con todo lo necesario. Los alrededores muy bonitos, muy cerca de restaurantes y bares. Únicamente considerar que hay que subir escaleras al 2ndo o 3er piso (por si traen maletas muy grandes) no hay elevador

Ubicación es de lo mejor en la Roma Norte y es un lugar donde se descansa. Todo muy bien salvo que el edifico que hay en fotos no es donde te quedas, no es gran cosa. Buenos lugares a 20 metros para desayunar, comer y cenar
