Emotion Tulum Hotel

Horrible lugar, sucio, roto, la habitación no tenía ni piso, era cemento, y pésima atención, no aceptan pago con tarjeta bancaria.

un hotel bien ubicado, en el centro de Tulum. Algo de ruido por los restaurantes que están a un lado, más sin embargo está cómodo si lo que quieres es una habitación privada a precio accesible.

Pésima atención, ruido toda la noche por el bar abajo, baños una porquería no servía WC, la TV un sólo canal, sucio todo, en general un asco. Nada recomendable. El tipo de recepción un pelele ademas me quería cobrar de más. al final aceptó que se equivocó de mala gana.

The service was great - the folks who work there were nothing but nice and helpful. However, the room we booked was bare bones, the towels were clean but permanently stained, the shower and bathroom had someone else's stray hairs, and you could hear basically everything happening on the floor. Ultimately, I felt our room was super over priced for what we got ($100 US all in) but it was a Saturday night in Tulum and we booked the same day. If it was $45 instead $85 I wouldn't complain. I just wish I knew because I would've spent the extra $25 to get a much nicer spot.

El lugar está en buena zona. Es tranquilo. E incluye desayuno.

Exelente servicio, cómodo, agradable.

We had a spacious private room with two comfortable double beds. The reception staff made us feel very welcome and helped us plan sightseeing activities. A plentiful breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace. When we arrived we were told that the terrace was booked for an all-night party on the second night of our stay and were offered a refund and help in finding another place. We decided to stay. Even though the thumping bass made our sleep erratic, the staff had been so friendly and appropriate that it just felt like our kids were having a party.

The best part about this hotel is the location since it’s so close to everything. This also means you won’t get any rest because bars and clubs blast music all night and all morning. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable.

Tienen cambio de administración, faltan detalles pero seguramente en poco tiempo estará mejor. la terraza es muy buena, falta algo de acomodo. el trato es bueno y amable. saludos..

Bien ubicado pero muy ruidoso. La habitacion limpia y el personal de recepcion muy atento. Nos costo mucho dormir porque es muy ruidoso alrededor y la habitacion estaba a un lado de unos casilleros.

À plus de 60€ la nuit, l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur. Murs sales, serviettes de bain trouées (déchirées), un tapis de bain de 30cmx30 découpé dans une vieille serviette. Cuisine commune pas nettoyée (tables pas propres, aliments qui traînent), et, bien sûr, les éternels mal élevés qui discutent sous vos fenêtres jusqu'à 2h30 du matin (mais ça, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel !). Bon accueil et personnel très sympa. Très bon point par contre pour une bonne literie et des lits en 160, une clim qui fonctionne bien et bonne télé. Bref, uniquement pratique parce qu'en plein centre et a 5mn à pied du Terminal ADO.

Todo salió acorde a lo esperado, salvo que no nos cobraron el precio acordado, si se quiere abonar con tarjeta de crédito cobran recargo. No toman el dólar en la cotización oficial. El resto todo bien. Tulum es maravilloso.

La atención de su personal es de lo mejor, siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Está ubicado en el centro de Tulum, en la avenida principal.

Great location and very reasonable, suitable for young backpackers. The private room with bath was super basic.

Great staff, good location. Facilities are pretty basic, but that's ok. Price seemed quite high for what we got, but apparently Tulum has a reputation for expensive accommodation.

Hotel was nice and staff was great and really helpful! Big plus for that. Room was nice. The only minus was the location of our room was bad, we got the first room from the lobby, so it was really noisy. But we got earblugs! The location of the hotel is really good and they also rent bikes, so it is easy to drive to the beach. There is common kitchen that guests can use. There shoul be more kitchen tools. Beds were good and pillows were great. We stayed at the hotel four nights, so it would have been nice if the sheets and towels would have changed at least once, but they didn't! Altough there was some minus points, we really liked the place. If we ever come back to Tulum we will choose this place!!

Le falta un poco más de limpieza. El personal muy amable y la ubicación excelente, muy cerca de todo.

I thought everything was a decent value for the price, but the water pressure was low and the shower was rather outdated and dingy. Good beds, great private room for 2-3 people. Bikes for rent for a good price, excellent reception staff. Homey ambiance.
