Staying at this resort is like being transported to another world: paradise! The setting is gorgeous. My room was on the ground floor right at the edge of the estuary, and I loved watching the birds, the clouds, and the movement of the water. It was peaceful and divine. I ate breakfast and dinner a few times in the restaurant and found the service to be perfect. Everything I ate was wonderful. I will be back!

It’s a very nice hotel resort style with beautiful views. It’s well maintained vs. other hotels I visited in the area in Mexico. Rooms are not upgraded, but they’re clean. Pool and Jacuzzi get cleaned on daily basis and have good vibes. Sunday breakfast buffet is amazing. A little on the expensive side, but overall it’s a nice hotel.

I am say thank you to Christian the waiter He is someone who knows how to handle customer service. His/Her excellence in service made our time incredible.

There was no hot water and not enough towels

My family and I have been coming to Estero Beach almost every year during Semana Santa, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to stay in Ensenada. Since the pandemic, it has been a little less crowded, which has made the experience even more relaxing. This year we came after semana santa. The resort is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very family-friendly. We stayed in one of the Palenque rooms, and having direct access from the sliding door to the pool area was extremely convenient. The private beach, pool, and jacuzzi are all very well maintained. One thing I really appreciate about Estero Beach is how safe and secure the property feels. There are multiple gated security checkpoints before entering, so it doesn’t feel open to random people walking in. During our stay, security handled an issue in the jacuzzi area professionally and respectfully while making sure all guests remained comfortable. I also want to recognize one of the poolside waiters whose name I unfortunately forgot. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the day, bringing drinks and food directly to us by the poolside. Overall, Estero Beach continues to be a relaxing and memorable getaway for my family, and we always look forward to coming back.

La habitación muestra deterioro del tiempo, el personal fue amable, el Wifi terrible, eligieron un fin de semana muy concurrido para arreglar uno de los jacuzzi, eso aunado a los pases para el hotel a visitantes externos, hizo imposible disfrutar de las instalaciones.

Todo excelente Solo agregaria como apprtacion que la alberca tuviese agua climatizada, puesto que son zonas geograficas donde el clima no ayuda yson frescos durante gran parte del dia Gracias

Staff was amazing, service was great, the restaurant also had delicious food highly recommend stopping by! My only complain is that the shower/sink water had a strange taste and the lack of outlets in the room as well as lighting. Some more outlets especially by the beds and brighter lights in the room would highly improve the experience. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and stay!!
