Camera con un ottima vista , il bar di ottimo livello con barman sopra la media. Peccato per la cucina che non ha rispettato le aspettative. Personale cortese e gentile, così come i servizi di ottimo livello.

Beautiful view, but unfortunately not a very comfortable stay. The room was noisy, could hear everything, earplugs were not comfortable to sleep with. We went there to be out of the noisy places but ended up frustrated In the early morning with barking dogs, the door was not fully blacked out so sunlight woke me early, and the water never got hot. Pillows were very hard, and basic amenities like drinking water were not provided. Considering the distance to get there, it wasn’t worth it for me

La vista panorámica y la amabilidad del personal.

La habitación que nos asignaron se llama Selva y aunque es muy bonita …el detalle está en que buscamos descanso y no lo disfrutamos…esta habitación está debajo del área de terraza y se escucha todo, pisadas, si juegan billar se escucha todo el ruido provocado por el área de terraza y es imposible descansar así …solo hasta que cierra esa área pero como es donde sirven los desayunos también …muy temprano se comienza a escuchar actividad. Deberían aislar el ruido de alguna forma porque es muy molesto querer dormir y no encontrar ese descanso. Y en la ventana de la puerta colocar un black out porque si entra mucha luz por las mañanas. El hotel es hermoso y en general la atención e instalaciones están padrísimas. Pero la habitación selva no es la más cómoda para descansar.

La habitación muy cómoda , el hotel está increíble y tiene esa vibra para descansar muy relax.

La habitación es hermosa, la limpieza y el Personal es sumamente atento volveremos siempre !!!

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel has outstanding views to the city. The staff is wonderful in all aspects of hospitality! Only 2 draw backs - area around hotel underdeveloped and lots of barking dogs as this hotel sits in residential neighborhood. Steep hill to get to property kept one drivers car from being able to make it and had to take alternate path that added 10 mins.

Beautiful hotel. Only drawback was we booked here to be able to relax at the end of our trip outside of the noise of the city center but the hotel let us know only the day before our stay that there would be a pool party at the hotel on the Saturday of our stay. The music was so loud we could not hear ourselves think and were not able to enjoy the pool or other hotel facilities. It continued much later than we expected, well past 9pm. This was clearly a pool party for 20-year olds wanting a club party atmosphere. I would only recommend this hotel for other adults if there was clear warning about this sort of pool party event.

La decoración del lugar es increíble y tiene vista muy padre solo me gustaría que la alberca tenga calefacción pero de ahí en fuera el hotel es espectacular quedé fascinado con el arte que tiene.

Beautiful property with incredible views. Only thing is that there is very little sound proofing in the rooms.

Most beautiful place in town

Es un hotel con diseño arquitectónico interesante, si buscas un lugar instagrameable es el lugar ideal. Tiene muchos spots ideales para fotografiar pero definitivamente no es un lugar para ir a descansar. La habitación que nos tocó estaba abajo del restaurante entonces se escuchaban pisadas y sillas arrastrando hasta las 12 am y a partir de las 6 am. Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado y son muy calientes, además la puerta de entrada es de cristal con una persiana traslúcida que permite la entrada de la luz del pasillo y se mantiene encendida toda la noche. Hay una tina frente a las habitaciones en el área de jardín que tenía el agua verde y una llave con agua cayendo todo el tiempo, entonces el ruido no se detiene. La chica de recepción fue muy amable y atenta a nuestras necesidades, en general el servicio fue bueno

This hotel is amazing ! Views are beautiful but it’s a long way from town and not walkable to anything. That said I would stay here again just for views ambiance - great rooms and food!

Muy muy bonito hotel e instalaciones pero demasiado ruido por las noches, mucho calor. Se escuchan perros y animales durante toda la noche y el ruido fuera del cuarto, del mismo hotel, también se escucha dentro de la habitación.

Clean rooms nice hotel. but too noisy at night. dogs barking. loud music .

Incrvel, hotel maravilhoso, arquitetura unica, de um bom gosto incrivel, roupas de cama otimas, o restaurante o melhor de Oaxaca.
