La higiene era precaria. Cabellos en las almohadas, el piso muy sucio, todos los muebles empolvados, la regadera y cristales llenos de jabón seco, pasta de dientes escurrida en el tocador y lavamanos de huéspedes pasados,mi hijo amaneció con ronchas como picaduras quizás de ácaros, costo alto de estacionamiento el cual ni siquiera apareció desglosado en nuestro comprobante por lo cual tuvimos que perder tiempo en check in con la finalidad de que nos dieran el servicio ya pagado.

I really wanted to rate higher as I did think it was great for the value. However the rooms restroom had a foul odor throughout my stay I addressed it with front desk they didn’t seem to care. Overall the front desk staff seemed uptight especially the male ones. The pool bar staff were the best. I’d definitely stay again if they fixed the odor in rooms restroom #514

Me encanta el estilo del hotel, vintage y moderno. La regadera impecable con gran presión, muchas almohadas cómodas y el aroma eucalipto es el plus. Las cortesías (agua y café) muy bien. Muy cómodo el aire acondicionado y la gran pantalla de TV. La ubicación inmejorable. Solo diría que el piso estaba sucio (mis calcetines terminaron negros).
