Buen hotel, sencillo para andar en palenque

Del personal solamente Jaime y otros dos chicos súper amables, no puedo decir lo mismo de la chica que estuvo como encargada el 2o día de nuestra estancia. La ubicación es buena, sólo es necesario que informen que el hotel está ubicado en una calle que se convierte en peatonal así que es difícil el acceso con auto; hay que coordinar con anticipación la llegada y ubicación del estacionamiento.

Muy amable la recepcionista Lisa,recomiendo mucho el hotel ,bien ubicado y con muy buena señal de Interne ,buena limpieza, en general excelente hotel.

La piscina super, limpia, poca gente. La habitación limpia un poco vieja pero comoda, solo que pide con vista a la piscina o la calle porque es ruidosa en la noche con vista a la avenida. La atención super.

Habitación necesita ya remodelación, las toallas están gastadas

The hotel is very budget so we didn’t expect a 5 star experience, however, what we did not expect was to be sat in someone’s very fresh urine for hours. The hotel owner I assume, she quickly moved us to another room after we explained to her that my friend now smells like a random persons urine, which was obviously great however, we received no apology just a new key to another room and a tour on how to use the tv and ac, very strange. We requested a partial refund through Expedia however the hotel declined which I thought was the least they could do after subjecting my friend to a potential biohazard. Would not stay again and would not recommend, if you do, smell the bed before getting in it!

Overall this was a very simple but nice stay. Plus the area around the hotel is excellent

The property has so much potential. The common areas are very quaint and nice. The entrance and courtyard are very cool. The resident cats are fun as well. The staff was friendly. The location was great, near to restaurants and a nice walk to the central plaza. But the room we were in was a totally different story. The bed line and towels are grey rather than white There was a sticky substance around the wall and sink joint that was collecting mosquitos. There was one outlet for charging if I don’t count the one behind the tv, which we ended up moving the tv to utilize. There was not an outlet near the bathroom sink for hairdryer or shaver, and no mirror in the bedroom near the one outlet. The curtains and shower curtain need good cleanings. The floor and surfaces were clean but these other details in room 303 left me feeling disappointed. The property has a 9.6 rating which is why I selected it. I cannot understand these ratings. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, while that is very important, we would not stay here again.

Good hotel on the edge of an excellent neighbourhood with restaurants and shops. Easy to get from here to any other part of the area.
