Safe as heck, comfortable and well ran, sometimes. Private parking, good rates ( if it fits you like a glove) Giant garden area, the complimentary breakfast is kinda laughable but their menu is pretty lit. Good if you have a pet, although they continue to violate federal law by charging for service animals even though it’s against the country’s laws and stated in my reservation, actually atthey need to stop doing that. Period. Stop discriminating against people whose disability you can’t see. If I was visibly disabled you would treat me differently, and your rate is entirely through the roof to be this type of unprofessional. It’s over $100 USD per night for the smallest room. They have AC, super welcome. Their pool was way too dirty for me to want to go inside. The waitress abrutly charged me for ice and it seemed the rest of the staff didn’t even know what to do so the kept charging me, and asking how much if my bottle to fill. Ok so if I bring you my yeti cooler it’s the same price? Don’t fall for it. They filled a dirty cup with plastic bag parts from the ice machine. I ended up tossing it and washing my bottle with hand soap. Nice. Go to Oxxo across the street and get 12 times the ice for the same price (zero exaggeration) Long story short, it was a good stay. STOP VIOLATING FEDERAL MEXICAN LAW

Cuento con estatus de lealtad que incluye posibles upgrades cuando hay disponibilidad; aunque pregunté y había habitaciones disponibles, no se me otorgó el upgrade, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante, pero no fue un problema mayor. Mi principal inconveniente fue con un objeto olvidado. Reservé una habitación adicional para mi hermana y ella dejó accidentalmente su abrigo sobre la cama. Llamamos al hotel y nos dijeron que revisarían con el personal de limpieza y nos devolverían la llamada, pero han pasado varios días sin respuesta y ahora las llamadas van directo al buzón de voz. Hubiera sido mejor contar con un seguimiento más claro.

Clean room, staff very friendly but is too far from downtown, and the room we got was close to the street and you couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from cars and trucks motorcycles etc. bed was too small for my husband and I. Also it took us 1 hour to get to the International Airport in Morelia. The amount I was charged was not the original price. Very disappointed about this too .November 2, 2025.
