Hotel San Fernando

Our stay was so lovely here! The hotel is beautiful and the staff left our room so clean every day. Everyone on staff was friendly and willing to give suggestions. The location is perfect, so close to amazing bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

This property had a lot of pros and cons. We were on the fifth floor. Also pros and cons. Killer stairs as there is no elevator. Very nice public terrace. Our room had a really nice terrace except it seemed dirty with bird dropping and floor stains. Fantastic location. Feels very Mexican

Staff were super friendly and helpful from maintenance to cleaning to car and tour suggestions, hotel is gorgeous, location is perfection, safe and clean.

Room was great, staff was nice. The hotel is a bit noisy with loud hallways and thin doors.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, es handelt sich um ein renoviertes altes Haus, das gut gelungen ist. Allerdings ist es auch kein Luxushotel. Ich finde, der Preis ist etwas höher, als er eigentlich sein sollte.

First of all, this is not a hotel , it’s a hostel. Bathroom was filthy, pillowcases smelled bad and noise from the bar in front of the “hotel” was unbearable.

Room was comfortable with balcony on 5 th floor. No elevator. Breakfast was basic- we went elsewhere to get coffee and breakfast. Location was good. Staff was pleasant.

Amazing location, perfect suite layout and great staff. The hotel is located steps away from Parque Mexico in Condesa where there are lots of great cafes and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly.

This hotel is very charming and is in a great location. However it was not very accomodating. We were give a room on the 5th floor . There was no elevator ,so we would have to climb 5 flights of stairs with about 24 steps to each floor. The rooms had tall ceilings so the that made each flight steep. We asked for a closer room since I am an older woman with bad knees. I appreciated that they were able to find a second floor room. However, they wanted me to contact Expedia for permission to change my room with a refund. I asked about the difference in price and they said they couldn't give that information . Then they informed me that the room was more expensive and I would have to pay the difference. I argued with them about accommodations and they agreed to call it even. They ended up charging me $16. The room had a stained glass window that allowed the hallway light to shine in at night. That with an uncomfortable bed made sleeping at night almost impossible. The free breakfast wasn't worth it.I didn't eat my old donut or drink my watered down coffee. My son ended up booking another hotel to get rested up before his international flight. Very dissapointing!

Todo excelente, el personal muy atento y dispuesto, hace falta un elevador, así mismo una sala dentro de la habitación, mi TV no servía.

the hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely and comfortable. we even took a day to relax in our room as to get all the joy of this beautiful hotel. i will be returning!

This adorable hotel was really perfect in so many ways. It is small which lends to its quaintness. The staff are helpful and friendly. Very simple but cute and clean and the location could not be beat! It is somewhat loud at night so if you are a light sleeper may need to know this. There isn't any air conditioning or elevators- neither of which mattered too too much to us either - but important to note for sure.

Great location to everything. The staff is super friendly, our room was not air conditioned so it can get warm and you’ll have to keep the windows open.

Incredible location in Condesa, and the style and vibe are wonderful! The bed and sheets are great, and the lounge/cafe are nice for breakfast, reading, etc. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Made me feel like I was at home in CDMX! The staff are very friendly and got us checked in early. The bar has great food and all around good vibes. Will definitely be back!

Stay was not great overall. A lot of issues with getting our room cleaned daily which was very frustrating. Contacted the hotel straight after the stay and they never came to any conclusion/replied. Really disappointing customer service and would not stay again as a consequence.

Amazing, beautiful hotel in wonderful location with friendly staff. Walkable to so many great shops, bars, museums, and restaurants. The nearby park is beautiful. My one complaint would be that there is not AC and I could see it getting hot especially over the summer. I would definitely return.
