Kiki Tulum

El departamento excelente en cuanto a comodidad, aunque ya hace falta mantenimiento, la alberca demasiado descuidada además de que le falta fumigación por cucarachas enormes. Nuestro ingreso fue pésimo, tardamos más de 1 hora en que alguien nos abriera y recibiera, no había nadie para entregar la el depto y ni siquiera sabían que llegaríamos ni qué departamento nos darían.

I recently stayed at this property while on vacation at Tulum. I was very pleased with the room since it has 2 beds and kitchenette. It is located within 40 mins from the Tulum airport and within 15 mins from beaches and Tulum Center. I recommend you try this hotel if you need a place to stay while vacationing in Tulum.

Me gustó la ubicación y la distribución de la propiedad y que cuenta con cocina. Los acabados son de calidad y en general es cómoda. El conserje resolvió temporalmente un problema que se presentó en el baño pero eso hizo que nuestra estancia no fuera del todo satisfactoria. Lo que no me gustó fue que hubo detalles en la limpieza como insectos muertos debajo de un sillón (cucaracha) y el mismo sillón tenía olor a humedad ya que el aire acondicionado gotea agua en una parte del mismo. El horno de microondas estaba sucio desde que llegamos y de hecho no lo usamos por lo mismo. No hay una comunicación ágil con el anfitrión.

Location of the actual condo is in the middle of the "jungle". You will need the car if you are to stay here, as beach is about 7 to 8 km. Over all place was nice, pool was dirty.

I came here for my birthday and stayed for 5 days! It was truly one of the most beautiful places and everything was in perfect, clean condition!! Such a peaceful place. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Thank you so much! 😊

The property was nice overall a great place to stay. We traveled with family and our kods enjoyed the second bedroom & good wifi. The pool could have used some cleaning but it was still a nice area to enjoy.

Amazing !! We actually returned to stay more days in the property. Clean and everything works. Beds are comfy easy check in and out. My kids enjoyed the pool and I relaxed in rooftop. We also had dinner in the rooftop family table. Great memories

Nos encantó, bien ubicada, zona tranquila. A unas esquinas hay tiendas y algunos restaurantes. La amabilidad de los hospedadores muy buena y la limpieza excelente. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, sin duda regresaremos aquí.

Our stay at Kiki Tulum was fantastic. We spent six nights there with our two teenage daughters and had an incredible experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The host was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Tulum.

We enjoyed our stay at Kiki Tulum very much. The property was very clean and we all felt very safe. We were in apt 8, so the pool was right outside our door. This was great for us and surprisingly we weren't bothered by when there were families/children playing in the pool. The hot water tank was small, so we had to stagger our showers a bit. There was no hot water at any of the sinks, so we boiled water in the kettle for washing dishes and shaving for the men. We ran into trouble with the air con, but Edgar was onsite and straightened it out immediately (user error). I would say the only real drawbacks were that there was only one key for the condo and although we managed to organize our time (2 couples) I think if I came back with 2 couples again, I would have to insist on 2keys, even if we had to pay a fee or deposit. Upon arrival, we found it very difficult to locate the building. The trees are beautiful, but could be cut back a bit. It took us 4 drive bus to eventually spot the sign on the building. Lastly, nothing to do with Kiki Tulum, but the sheer volume of trash everywhere, even this "really nice neighborhood", was overwhelming.

Overall a nice stay with minor issues like nobody to receive us later in the night or lack of front desk support. Besides that, the actual stay was comfortable.

Everything is good

This is our second stay at the Kiki. We are a small family travelling with a child. We chose to return to the Kiki because of the cleanliness, style, and great communication. We love the humble atmosphere that is also very stylish. The cleanliness of the property and the rooms is of the highest level. We always feel safe in the condo as well. We love being immersed in the local culture and enjoying local restaurants and atmosphere. It’s a great place for families to stay and we will most likely return again sometime in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Kiki for 4 nights. The check-in and check-out were smooth, parking was easy, and there is a grocery shop, a cafe, some restaurants, and a bike rental shop within easy walking distance. The interior has a nice layout, pleasing design, and great lighting. Plus, the terrace is nice too. The greenery does a great job of blocking out views of the surrounding buildings. One of the two showers in our room did not have hot water during our stay, but it was still a great experience and we'd do it again.

Kiki Tulum was a great location for my family and I. We traveled with our kids, so it’s a great area for a family of 5. It’s quiet and you have a lot of things to do close by.
