Krystal Vallarta - All Inclusive

El hotel está en muy mal estado el todo incluido solo es en un restaurante, las bebidas son solo nacionales y son de muy mala calidad. Pedí una cuna para mi bebé y me la llevaron al día siguiente en la mañana cuando ya me iba, dijeron que en la noche no había personal para armarla y que no podían darme el servicio. El servicio del personal es bueno pero necesita una remodelación de todas las instalaciones y considero que un all inclusive no es un restaurante y un bar que es el de la entrada, por el precio deberían mejorar la calidad de las bebidas y alimentos.

La comida era mala y siempre la misma

La comida era escasa y repetitiva. Había muy poco personas para mucha gente y la atención era lenta y mala.

La habitación e instalaciones fueron limpias. Hay un hotel en construcción a un lado que genera mucho ruido que llega a ser molesto. Me robaron un termo Stanley. La comida es la misma todos los días, solo varía uno o dos elementos del buffet. La alberca junto al tobogán estaba turbia con espuma café.

Reservé una habitación deluxe con cama king size y me dieron una habitación con cama matrimonial y en malas condiciones, me cambiaron a mi habitación que correspondía hasta mi última noche y no hubo ninguna compensación

Not a good relaxing place to be at!!! Room service needs to be called multiple times if there’s a problem in the room like the clogged bathroom sink in our case. Overwhelming packed pools, beach lounge chairs are limited and if you want to have a lounge near the shore, you have to rent umbrellas and chairs. Food was average we ended up going out for food or using uber eats. They have one restaurant that needs reservation but we ended up moving our reservation from a Tuesday to Thursday but the staff doesn’t speak English we ended up loosing our reservation which was a bit annoying and we already planned ahead we ended up again going downtown to have dinner. Krystal Vallarta is a waste of money!

They cleaned our room every day but not as clean tho. If the sheets are dirty they will keep them the same and won’t change them Staff : some of them are really sweet and some are so disrespectful and they don’t care about you they just see you as money. Food: it’s not bad but every day exactly the same food so it was so tiring and you can’t eat for a full week in there. You have to go eat out of the resort once a while so you’re not tired of the same food.

This property needs up grading The top of the toilet was loose. there was no place to hang towels if you wanted to use them again The rooms could have been cleaner there was dust on the lamp and under the bed which had been there awhile. I had to ask the cleaner to wash the floor after a week of being thereOur room was cleaned at around 4:30 or later our house keeper could not speak English so was difficult to communicate The staff were excellent

We paid for an all inclusive package for one week. First of all the staff was excellent and saved the trip. The resort is rundown and in need of some fixing up. There are not enough chairs in the pool area or the beach, but there is enough room to add more. I was shocked to only see two water bottles in our room. When I went to the front desk to ask for more they informed me there was a limit of two per day. I told them we had paid for all inclusive. He said we could get a refill at the bar. You are not suppose to even brush your teeth with the tap water so two bottles of water is ridiculous. Who wants to leave the room in the middle of the night to go to the bar to get a refill. The bathroom was invested with some type of insect. We informed the maid the next day and she sixed the problem. Our third night there maintenance decided to blow out the A/C unit in the adjacent room at 9:30 at night. My husband had to yell at them to stop. There is a kids only pool and an adult only pool, however, the staff does not inforce the rules so kids are all over.
