The room and all common areas were spotless. The staff was so friendly and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. When two tours I booked on my own cancelled on me last minute, the concierge arranged a new tour for me the same day. The food was really good, fresh and healthy, and I appreciated the live music at night. The location can’t be beat if you want to explore the town!

The room was wonderful, poolside. Room service was excellent. The pool was freezing, not sure why. Hot tub was good. Our favorite was Josue, he was the best! He always checked in and took care of us.

The hotel itself is excellent; breakfast was very good; and the staff was courteous. Restaurant prices were a bit high. Most disappointing was the constant music that started mid morning going on until 9pm despite having very few people in the pool area. It would have been nice to enjoy our beautiful balcony view reading a book without noise.

The staff was excellent and friendly making you feel at home, the room was clean and everything worked as expected, the restaurant and pizza bar’s food was very good and the servers were polite and prompt to serve you, parking space is small and always full, not from the guests but from the people visiting the restaurant, extra parking available on a lot behind the hotel but needs improvements, hotel rooms are a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the surrounding area. Even though is a 4 star hotel, the service and staff are better than many 5 star resorts I have stayed at .

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The only bummer is, there was one small hook for a bath towel but no towel hooks or rings for a hand towel. There was nowhere to hang a wet swim suit either. The bathroom has low lighting so not very easy to apply make up. Those are small things. Overall, its a solid hotel.
