Uno de los mejores hoteles en el que me he quedado. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas. La playa privada es hermosa y el agua está muy limpia. Cuidan mucho el ambiente al rededor , podrán ver muchos animales. El desayuno es muy variado y con buen sabor. Lo único que yo opinaría , el hotel podría tener bebidas un poco mas baratas para la gente que no va con all inclusive. Pero de ahí en fuera disfruté mucho este hotel regresaría con mucho gusto.

If you like cardio this place is for you. I am handicap and have problems with stairs. All the restaurants there you need to take stairs. When i asked for a second option the person at the entrance to the restaurant was ride about it. Pointed to me a towards a door. That lead to a very long hallway to the one elevator. At the restaurant i had to ask multiple times for drinks and they kept forgetting. While i was eating, with food in my plate and hand, theu reached for my plate and then asked me if they could take it. I just look shocked and she laughed and took it. Never going back. To me not worth what i spent.

En General mi experiencia fue terrible con.Expedia, no.con el hotel, ya que yo realice una reservacion para 2 adultos y 2 menores y llegando al hotel la reserva solondecia para un adulto, por lo cual tuve muchos problemas con mi hospedaje, nadie se hizo responsable, nadie contestaba y tuve que pagar cargos extras... por lo cual éxigo mi reembolso en su totalidad estuve a nada de.regresarme a mi casa, habiendo manejasos 3 horas a ixtapa, es una falta de respeto, me encuentro muy indignada con su servicio EXPEDIA, EL CUAL NO.RECOMIENDO
