Mansion Giahn Inn

I always try to be fair when I put reviews. We picked this hotel based on reviews and distance from the airport, as well there were only few choices available around the airport. read the reviews when I was booking, the firts ones very nice and high scores. Sadly, I got the worse rooms, beds, air conditioning… To be honest I think I was scammed; the pictures shown in the internet don’t match with the rooms I saw. I traveled with my husband and two daughters, the first room assigned smelled bad, the first thing I noticed how dirty the pillows and bed sheets were; I asked for new sheets. Then I noticed the bathroom… immediately I asked for another room (I was thinking to leave the hotel and ask for reimbursement but I got a bit scared since it was midnight). A second room was given, the smell again, air conditioning wasn’t working well; again, bed sheets very dirty. The front desk guy tried to be very nice, he gave us new sheets. I could not sleep even a bit… I was uncomfortable, people were noisy. I gave thanks when the alarm was off at 5:30am. The price of this rooms should be at most 35- 40$. I felt sorry for my kids and husband for being put in such situation. Lastly, I do not recommend to stay in such conditions, specially dirty bed clothes and smelly and dirty restrooms.

The inn is definetely still in construction and it's a weird vibe. I, however, was only there for 12 hours between two flights. The bed was comfortable, showers worked perfectly, there was A/C in the room, the WiFi worked well and the staff was very friendly.

Pas cher mais pas très propre

I did not get to stay ! there was no one there to let me in and there was no instructions!!! I tried everything to find a phone number and it wasn’t listed anywhere online!! i tried to call Expedia for help and i couldn’t get through to a live person. I ended up walking 2 miles down the road and stayed at the first hotel i could find

The pool was the reason I took this room. Well it's only half full of swampy green water and garbage. My room had no hot water at all, the only thing that worked was the ac.

I had health problems and the manager really went out of his way to help me. For that reason, I highly recommend.

Yeah, my room was spic and span squeaky clean. It's all style. It's Mexican, but that's exactly what I wanted. I'm not in America.

El baño olía a orina, no estaba impecable, por lo demas el personal muy bien.

The place was under construction. The pool was not clean enough to use and the shower/tub was not very inviting.

No hay agua caliente, la piscina esta fuera de servicio y no incluye desayuno.

El agua olía un poco mal y mucho ruido para descansar.

No encontraban nuestra reservacion. Las fotos publicadas nada que ver con la realidad. Habitaciones con paredes muy sucias. Alberca agua estancada verde, pasillos sucios . Trabajadores de construcion tomando y con musica fuerte. Parece que tiene buen proyecto .... pero mejor que abran cuando esten listos. Tiene buena ubicación. A subalrededor buenosblugares para comer si traes carro. Cerca del aeropuerto. No habia personal en "recepcion" frecuente.
