Impecable, un lugar inmejorable

Muy bien. La habitación con poca luz natural. Pero suficiente luz artificial, excepto en el área de cocinar. Con cafetera… hubiera sido bueno al menos un café de cortesía. Limpio. Cama cómoda. Agua caliente. Atención inmediata del anfitrión. Excelente ubicación.

Lugar simples, mas muito bem cuidado, limpo e cheiroso. Fica a 250 metros do terminal ADO, de ônibus para zona hoteleira e de um mercado OXXO que dá para tomar café. Tem vários restaurantes locais próximos e também o parque de las palapas. O quarto é de fácil acesso, banheiro limpo, chuveiro quente e a cama bem confortável. Só não tem janelas. Ficamos uma noite mas voltaria a me hospedar. O anfitrião responde rápido e o self check in funciona bem.

La comunicación fue buena , la ubicación muy céntrica, cumplió lo que requeríamos , contaba con lo suficiente. Nos volveríamos a hospedar ahi . Cuenta con hielos en la nevera , lo que hizo agradable la estancia ya que hace mucho calor . Costo accesible, recomedable para 2 personas

La verdad es un buen lugar, calidad y precio muy bueno. La atencion muy amable y cordial.

Carlos fue un excelente anfitrion, nos dio la informacion precisa y a tiempo para nuestra llegada y estancia.. El lugar esta super bien ubicado, cerca de todo, a unos cuantos metros de la plaza principal, cerca de restaurantes y cosas de interes que visitar.

Everything was amazing. Alejandro commmunicated with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. The instructions to get to the place were very clear as well.

Carlos is a terrific host who went out of his way to be helpful: arranged our airport pickup and helped in departure, offered to move us to a different room if street noise (he's near Merida's main plaza downtown) bothered us, had lots of helpful advice. And did everything with cheerful charm and in pretty good English! All in all, a good place, good price, lots of nearby attractions in an exciting city.

Excelente ubicación

Excelente lugar para quedarse unos dias, todo muy limpio. El apartameto tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Gracias a Carlos Un gran anfitrión que siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Carlos is a great host, very personable, and can speak English. This location is super prime because it is steps from Plaza Grande (the main park and cathedral in downtown Merida). Our suite was equipped with a kitchenette so we were able to make some of our meals in and save money! The kitchenette was equipped with a coffee maker, blender, pots, a pan, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, and basic utensils. This loft is Merida's best kept secret, and has very reasonable rates!

Inmejorable ubicación, muy bien equipada, sin duda regresaríamos.

We stayed at Carlos' “Club Apartment” for one week and liked it so much that we wanted to prolong our stay, but all apartments were booked out. Other than a perfect place in the centre of Mérida, Carlos' hospitality is extraordinary: he, to the extent of the possibilities, tried to fulfill each of our wishes; he provided us with all additional kitchen utensils and devices that we needed; he brought us drinking water and even allowed us to wash our personal clothes in his brand-new washing machine on the roof... The place is just around the corner from the main park, square and cathedral; in the middle of Mérida's cultural and shopping scenes; full of museums and endless possibilities for fun or relaxation. Although the apartment and building are located in the city centre, it is very quiet inside, wherein one almost does not guess that civilization exists behind the walls. One can sleep in and rest well, as well as enjoy the breakfast in the Italian café on the opposite side of the street, accompanied by a good cappuccino and chocolate croissant. Especially the co-working space revealed itself to our liking: it is a room for everyone who works online — with a TV, table, monitor, couch, and two chairs. Carlos is an excellent host, to whom we shall return should the opportunity unfold.
