Mina Suites Santa Lucia

I loved the location of this hotel. It was cute and each room was different. There was a bad storm while we were there and the pipe above our bed leaked, but the owner came out in the middle of the storm and helped move us to a new room which was nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was really small, especially for my 6'3" husband. Also the bathroom light in our first room flickered so much it gave me a headache. Other than that, the owners were super nice and helpful, the property was well kept, and we enjoyed our time there.

The room was clean and well stocked, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for walking around the markets and local restaurants, Macro Plaza for shopping, and museums/sights.

Buen hotel cerca de todo y a un lado del Paseo Santa Lucía bellísimo de noche y muy acogedor, cuenta con una alberca templada súper agradable y la habitación que me tocó tiene tina, amenidades de excelente calidad, cafetera, refri, difusor de aroma, etc. Puntos a considerar: hay mucho ruido, por la zona donde se encuentra y el check out es a las 11:30

Todo es magnífico y está bastante bien ubicado, con museos y otras amenidades cerca. Eso sí, es difícil conseguir un buen restaurante en la zona después de las 10 de la noche, pues al ser un área administrativa no hay tacos cerca. El tema de la facturación se nos ha complicado un poco, en otras ocasiones (esta vez no requerí factura) lo que sería el único elemento negativo.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Mina Suites in Monterrey and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The suites are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt more like having a private apartment than staying in a hotel. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The location is fantastic, close enough to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and safe. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made working from the common area an absolute pleasure, and the team kept bringing me coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooftop is also a hidden gem. It gets plenty of sunlight in the afternoon and is a great place to unwind. What really stood out to me though was the service. Edwin, the owner, was amazing, genuinely kind and attentive, and even offered to transport my friend who has a disability to a nearby restaurant on his electric tricycle scooter, which meant a lot to us. The entire staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and you can tell they truly care about making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines comfort, convenience, and a personal touch, Mina Suites is a great choice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Monterrey.

Lugar muy bien ubicado, puedes llegar caminando a diferentes lugares turísticos sin problema, totalmente recomendado. La atención del personal es muy buena. Además, para descansar, es un lugar perfecto y cómodo.

The stay was wonderful I would highly recommend this place. We need more botiquín hotels like this one. They thought of everything every little detail was thought out. The only thing is that the pool is right in the center of the lobby I would be nice if it could be on the roof! The view from the lobby is beautiful! The people are very nice and friendly! The entrance is kind of hidden, but there is a bell by the main entrance, but you have to circle around the building to find it. I didn’t try the food, but if I had more time I would have loved to try it as they had a nice selection of food! The staff was very helpful with any information needed, and it was in a central location. It felt like you were at home at this hotelito!

I travel to Monterrey monthly for business. I got tired of the same old same hotels. This is a cool place. Many places within walking distance to eat. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Really clean and comfortable rooms. The only hotel I’ll use in Monterrey going forward.

The check-in area is not enclosed with AC. However, the room does have AC.
