Great stay, great location and great service! You can't go wrong with Mistiq!

The staff were great, they were very accommodating for our needs. We have a child in a wheelchair and her accessibility needs are where we had issues. I chose this condo because it has an elevator, pretty rare in Tulum. The interior doors are not wide enough for the wheelchair to go into the bedrooms or bathrooms. Fortunately the bedrooms have exterior doors we could use. My daughter had to go outside to go to the living area and/or her bedroom. My son's waller fit through the interior doors so we would balance my daughter an the small seat and wheel her into the bathroom for a shower. The shower is pretty narrow and we bought a plastic chair so she could sit to bathe. But the shower door swung inwards and we were unable to close it to bathe her so it was a bit of a wet mess. The last thing to mention is the pools, there is no lift to get in the pool and no handrails into it so my sons with cerebral palsy and use a walker were scared to get into the pool without complete support down the steps. Yes, these issues impact a small portion of tourists but I am finding that NO ONE gives any information relevant for our use and I am trying to change that. Would I stay here again? If it was just me , yes. Not with the kids though.

We were without water and power for an entire day. It was very inconvenient. Restaurant opens late.

Now I waited all week to write this review. So I booked for a 6 night stay for 8 ppl, in total 3 bedroom 3 bath. Everything that could’ve went wrong WENT WRONG. From our flights being canceled to us missing a WHOLE day of our vacation. GRANTED that wasn’t the “stays” fault but wait there’s MORE. After being in 4 different states (delays and connecting flights) 21 plus hours later with 3 CHILDREN.. I receive a what’s app message stating that our stay has been MOVED due to electric issues… hmm.. okay. I’m trying to remain calm. They claim it would be the same thing just a different complex and area but same management. We agreed. At this point I have no choice. We get there and wasn’t even greeted properly. There were 3 towels for 8 people. NO bathroom mats except for one in the pent house apt. (Which they later brang grindingly a day later) And ALL the appliance was in Spanish. Electric stove/ washer dryer etc. the penthouse tiles for the pool was BROKEN and all over the place the kids could’ve clearly slipped while running wet. The grill was filthy! I’m talking water bugs everywhere (especially at night) Now when we reached out to the front desk to assist us we were met with anoyance and passive aggressive attitudes the young lady even said and I quote “ do they not have these washer/dryers In the states” and I replied YES BUT IN ENGLISH! Now this lady barely spoke English and still couldn’t translate to us …twice. she later had to call a man to do it over the phone. The

The property was beautiful, but like other reviews mentioned the room was not cleaned thoroughly but we managed. The first night one of the showers was not draining, however maintenance fixed it quickly & we didnt have any issues with it the rest of our stay. There is another building being built next door so it was noisy and dusty. The roads going to the property are also extremely rough. They seemed to be working on that while we were there though!! It is located just a few minutes drive to the beach area and downtown. We rented a car so had no issues getting around, if you dont get a car you will definately want to rent a bike, moped, or atv! There are tons of options around for that!

Nice place to stay. Rent a car if you want to stay in this facility.

El departamento increible, muy bonita su decoración, solo la alberca privada del departamento el agua helada, no la pudimos usar; las albercas comunes muy padres y tranquilas

The property was great and many pools to choose from there is no paved street so it’s a little bit bumpy to get there, but luckily it’s not so far from the main road Kukulkan.

Positif: L’architecture du bâtiment est super belle avec ces nombreuses piscines. Que dire du restaurant sur le toit, c’était super bon et le service l’était tout autant. Le logement était spacieuse pour un loft. D’ailleurs ce dernier avait un accès direct à la piscine. Négatif: La rue n’est pas pavée donc c’est poussiéreux sur la propriété. Et c’est difficile de circuler avec une voiture ou un scooter puisque la route de terre est très abîmée. Il est pratiquement impossible de se déplacer à pied puisque l’hébergement se trouve entre le centre ville et la plage (45 minutes). Malgré ce dernier bémol nous avons adoré l’hébergement et Tulum en général. C’est un endroit à découvrir avant que ça soit bondé de touriste.

Le condo était très beau et très propre. Cependant aucune pression pour l eau chaude dans la douche. Il pourrait avoir un changement de serviettes. De plus il pourrait y avoir 2-3 sacs à vidange, quelques cups à café et quelques sachets de savon à linge. Il y a une laveuse mais pas de sécheuse. La Poniente 29 pour se rendre au condo n est vraiment pas belle. Par chance que ce n est pas une longue distance. Les piscines sont froides et la propreté laisse à désirer. Sinon excellent service de la concierge et reçu les instructions clairs avant l arrivée. En général une belle place et un beau condo pour un prix relativement abordable. Nous avions le condo 209.

my stay here did not start out well due to arriving at the location and our apartment was completely dirty. There were bugs inside the apartment. There was trash everywhere. There were beds, not made basically nobody did housekeeping before we arrived. To preface, the hotel already had extremely bad communication with us. I messaged a month prior, a week prior, two days prior, a day prior and the day of prior. We had received no information about our apartment. two hours before our check-in that is when we received the information and how to get into the apartment. There is no concierge there. The person you contact to is through WhatsApp they are only available until 5 PM. I tried calling them. I tried texting them no matter what. Unfortunately, I got there after 5 PM so that just meant that I wasn’t gonna be helped, wasted in our apartment around 6:30 that is when I got a call back after I tried to message everyone that the security told me to message. We were able to be moved to a different location just for the night. we felt very uncomfortable to have been in the apartment. We couldn’t even situate ourselves when arriving from the airport after that there were numerous situations where we try to get their help and we did not get a response Or if we did it took hours. If we were able to get through to someone by phone call, the person who answered would be very rude. We honestly were very happy that we got to get out of that apartment as fast as we could.

I stayed in Mistiq Gardens for 14 days in Aug 2024. The development is nice and modern BUT there is no one to give you a helping hand or any information. We didn't have electricity for 6 days in our apartment, and it meant no electricity, no water, no air conditioning, simply nothing. We had to grab water from the pool to flush our toilet, we couldn't cook and our groceries in the fridge went bad 3 times. When we asked the front receptionist when would be electricity back on, they had no idea. This pretty much ruined our whole vacation and I would welcome some financial REFUND back. Yes, the manager will respond to this review that it is not their fault, BUT ALSO NOT MINE! Travel somewhere else - with electricity!

Great property! Only complaint is that the bike rentals all had popped tires which means we had to go out of the way to find another bike rental property.

El lugar es bonito y cómodo, sin embargo deja muchas cosas a desear, el refrigerador no servía, pedimos apoyo y no se nos brindó. El costo de limpieza excesivamente costoso 80 usd cuando en la página dice 30 usd. Pedimos cambio de toallas y nunca lo realizaron
