Siempre es un placer volver a hospedarme esta propiedad. Desde el momento en el que llegas tu vida cambia. Todo el personal es muy atento y servicial. La comida es excelente y ofrecen mucha variedad de alimentos. Algo nuevo que probé en esta visita fueron los masajes, uno de los mejores masajes que he tomado.

Desde el día sábado por lanmañana nos retiram qud nuestra perrita rasguño la puerta para entonces rehrwsarnos el depósito según guera el arreglo el depósito fué de 9molnpesos es hoy martes por lantarde y ni nos contestan ni nos dicen nadaos quedaron de evaluar

Le bord de mer sublime mais ne devrait pas recevoir de clients lorsque des travaux sont en cours, c’était insupportable ! Une pompe à essence pompait l’eau de la mer pour planter des pieux en bois directement à côté de où l’on se couche pour bronzer en journée, et pile à côté de où l’on s’assoit pour manger le soir…une folie…et la vision d’horreur d’un tractopelle bruyant et pusnt le lendemain au petit déjeuner romantique…et aucune excuse des gérants ou un cocktail offert, la honte ! De très mauvais commerçants qui ne devraient être à la place qu’ils occupent !
Un bon entretien à faire sur quelques installations dans les chambres du bâtiment principal.
Je recommande tout de même pour une seule nuit pour le cadre, l’adorable staff, les excellents cocktails et la nourriture sympa !

Me hospede 2 noches , pero para mi mala suerte estaban trabajando con máquinas todo el dia desde las 8am hasta las 6pm lo cual fue insoportable , pase una estancia de mucho estress con tanto ruido, no me quisieron devolver mi $$ por la segunda noche y me dieron una mejor habitacion, pero no les recomiendo tomar esas habitacuones ya que hay mucho ruido de maquinas generadores es una pena ya que el lugar es muy lindo recomiendo que no vayan si hay gente trabajando!!

This boutique hotel was quiet and relaxed with every spot having a view of the beach. We loved the privacy and feeling of having the whole place to ourselves. We had one of the back cabins and really enjoyed the hammock and access to the pool from our front door. The complementary breakfast was quite good and loved the fresh juice. Food from the restaurant was also excellent but not too many options so it was great we had a rental car to go into Cancun (25 min drive). Not sure if the vibe is supposed to be luxury at this point but it could get there with a few improvements!

We deove around Yucatan peninsula for two weeks and this was by far the best hotel we stayed. Just out of a movie, this beachfront property is a hidden gem in northern Cancun.
Customized services, massages provided with Paola magic hands, and upgrade to Expedia Platinum members when available.
The new cabins are probably the next boutique experience of Cancun. Will come back again several times…

This place was listed as a 4 star hotel. I'm not sure where they got the idea that this was anywhere close to a 4 star...it's out in the literal middle of nowhere, not even on Isla Mujeres (as it suggests), has the most basic of restaurants and bar. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent place to stay but it's a small, boutique 2 star hotel with a decent beach, located near absolutely nothing except worn down shacks and construction sites.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el Hotel Punta Blanca. Desde que llegamos, sentimos una vibra súper bonita. Es el lugar ideal si buscas desconectarte, relajarte y estar en contacto directo con el mar, lejos de los grandes resorts de Cancún.
La atención fue excelente, todo el equipo súper amable, pero en especial queremos agradecer a Samantha, la manager, que siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y resolvió cualquier detalle de manera rápida y sin complicaciones.
Viajamos con nuestra mascota y desde el primer momento fue bien recibida, hasta le regalaron unos premios al llegar, lo cual fue un detalle que nos encantó.
El bar está muy bien, los drinks están ricos y el ambiente es muy relajado. También probamos la comida y todo nos pareció delicioso, con buen sabor y porciones adecuadas.
Las habitaciones están muy bonitas y hay diferentes conceptos para cada tipo de persona, lo cual hace que se sienta todavía más especial la experiencia.
Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias a todo el staff por hacernos sentir tan cómodos. Muy recomendado!

Mi estancia en el Hotel Punta Blanca fue simplemente fantástica. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue increíblemente amable y profesional. La recepción fue rápida y nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.
La habitación estaba impecable, muy espaciosa, y con una decoración muy original. Las camas eran súper cómodas, lo que nos permitió descansar perfectamente después de un largo día de exploración y actividades que nos ofrecieron al momento de llegar. Además, las vistas desde cualquier parte del Hotel son magníficas.
El hotel cuenta con excelentes servicios. El restaurante ofrece una variedad de platos deliciosos, todos preparados con ingredientes frescos y de calidad. El desayuno fue excepcional y con una vista privilegiada.
Lo que más me impresionó fue la atención al detalle. El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o solicitud, y la limpieza del hotel fue ejemplar.
La ubicación también es perfecta, ideal para ir a descansar y desconectarte y disfrutar de un excelente cocktail.
Sin duda alguna, recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de lujo y confort. ¡Volveré muy pronto!

Solo tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación que se había rentado, pero la señorita de recepción nos asignó finalmente una habitación de acuerdo a lo que se había pagado en un inicio. La música que tienen muy agradable. Lo único sería que aseguren el acceso a la piscina de la habitación superior, ya que está muy inseguro al momento de subir por las escaleras.

I had reservations about booking because reviews were so divergent with half 2’s half 10’s. After staying, I understand. Location is everything! If you are ready for a secluded getaway right on the beach, this is a 10. If you want to be convenient to other attractions it’s a 2. Would not stay here if I didn’t feel comfortable driving. It was on a dirt road, but that was part of the adventure. If you want coffee available before 8 am, it’s a 2, if you aren’t a coffee drinker or are ok waiting until 8 am, you can’t beat the view for breakfast. The staff are very sweet but often over promise and under deliver. There are common areas that are in need of repair, but it’s mostly aesthetics. The bed was very comfortable but only came with a sheet. Some would say that rates a 2, others no big deal. 4 out of 5 breakfasts were 10’s the other a 2. The private plunge pool was basically the size of a bathtub. Overall, if I wasn’t interested in kiteboarding nearby, I would not stay here again unless all I wanted to do was walk the beach and read a good book(not a bad thing). Everything else is at least a 30 min drive away. We enjoyed our stay here, but you do have to put certain expectations aside and just enjoy the view and the great breeze.
