El hotel tiene ubicación excelente , a unos pasos de la 5 AV , si el ruido llega en la noche pero es parte de estar tan cerca 😁

Staff was excellent. Very safe. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Get proximity to everything.. tour arrangements were very easy to make. Everyone was friendly. Clean and roof top pool was great plus air conditioned small gym wirh restrooms. Because its next to the main shops and restaurants lots of music can be heard at night from the local restaurants and bars. Otherwise excellent olace to stay. Bes is super comfortable. Greatshower olus small fridge and major tv stations

El hotel es muy cómodo y su ubicación es increíble a una cuadra de la 5 Av y el desayuno fue espectacular y la verdad la atención de todo el personal es muy cálida

El hotel está en una excelente zona! Accesible a todo. Lo único malo es que en la alberca como no estaba a su capacidad no había bartender, todo vacío en la parte del rooftop.

Very friendly staff

I recently stayed at a 4-star Hilton hotel chain, and while my experience had many positives, there were also a few disappointments, especially considering the price paid. •Positives: The staff was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant and bar staff were equally kind and hardworking, doing their best despite being understaffed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms and a comfortable bed—soft, but not overly so, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The location is also fantastic: right on the main street and only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach, making it perfect for both relaxation and convenience. •Negatives: Unfortunately, the service times at both breakfast and dinner were frustratingly long due to a lack of staff. The employees were doing their best (they truly deserve a raise!), but the delays were inevitable. Another major issue was the lack of an indoor dining option. The hotel didn’t seem to be designed with rainy weather in mind. On our first night, because the restaurant was fully outdoors (without any roof), we were advised to order room service. The only other alternative was squeezing in at the bar, which offered minimal coverage from the rain. Additionally, the menu never changed throughout our stay, and there was no buffet option. Every dish had to be ordered individually, which, made things slower. Internet 20Mb down and up, slow.

Food was average at best. Rest of the property was excellent.

Buen hotel para una escapada de la rutina, hay áreas de oportunidad en cuanto a servicio pero en general el staff es muy amable y se esfuerza mucho en que todo salga de maravilla!

We choose the master suite. Though it is not sound proof between living and bedroom areas, the size is decent. Room service is good. The food options are based on customer order instead of large buffet, we found it nice and fresh. Hotel is next to main street so it is very covenient for shopping, though 20-30 min walk to beach. One thing bothered me was the loud music, which last till 2A sometimes.

Lovely boutique hotel, in need of maintenance. The door looked as though it was kicked in prior and would t lock. The patio door handle fell off. A tall mirror balanced in floor fell over! The toilet paper holder fell off. Other than that the staff were kind and attentive. Food was good.

O hotel deixou a desejar comparado com a ultima estadia que estivemos em 2018/19. Tivemps que trocar de quarto 3 vezes pelo cheiro terrivel de mofo misturado com inseticida. Percebe-se que falta manutencao por todo hotel. Alguns dias nossos chuveiros nao esquentaram e a qualidade do all inclusive caiu bastante. O que suavizou foi a cordialidade dos colaboradores mas mesmo assim nao foi o que esperavamos dos dias hospedados. Esperavamos mais do hotel como um todo

Roaches seen in our room. Food options and restaurants were very limited and repetitive. Guest services wasn’t very helpful.

Essentially, there is only one rooftop restaurant operating in this all-inclusive hotel, every day until 10pm. There is one tiny indoor restaurant but it is open only from Thursday to Sunday, again for a limited period of time only. I was told that room service is available 24 hours a day but actually it is open only until 10pm. So, guests who check in late or come back late from day trips need to rely on the coffee corner for food, unless they go outside. There is a limited supply of small sandwiches kept in a small fridge. There is not any microwave there or in any room. So, you have to eat them cold. The breakfast area could have been cleaner. The rooftop restaurant has other limitations. It can be extremely hot to eat there if it is a sunny day. Or heavy raining can ruin your dinner, which happened to me today. However, the busy rooftop restaurant staff and bartenders are very polite and helpful hard-working people. They deserve a praise and thank-you.
