Gran estancia! El lugar impecable, las almohadas deliciosas, los espacios bastante adecuados y el personal amable siempre. Las ventanas son gruesas por lo cual en las noches de descansa bien y además de cortesía me dejaron unos tapones de oido los cuales afortunadamente no necesité. Yo viajé sola y me quedé por varios días y me gustó porque en todo momento me sentí segura. Las personas en recepción siempre con una sonrisa y disposición bien bonita El rooftop está super bonito al atardecer

The staff was absolutely excellent, someone was always available and very kind. The room was clean and just the right needs were provided. The location was excellent for access to all that we needed and more. Thank you! We will stay again.

Great location. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Kitchen very minimally equipped. Entrance code was not sent but when I reached out to support they were slow to respond but finally said I needed to use a physical key that the guard would give me.

Pros: Nice place in a quieter neighborhood but which still has many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, as well as a 7-11 for quick snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially David at check-in who was very fluent in English and able to tell us everything we needed to know for our stay. The full kitchen is convenient, especially the fridge, and the room was clean. They provide (once) coffee and water. Cons: The room does get a bit warm but there is a tower fan provided. The shower door design allows water to escape, so we had to bundle extra towels next to it so as to not have puddles. They don’t provide washcloths, but perhaps this is standard practice in this area. There is no deadbolt or chain lock from the inside, only the automatic door lock.

Para mi un 10/10. La ubicación es excelente, a pie a muchos lugares para comer, tomar café, helado, etc. La habitación tal cual las fotografías, la cama es muy cómoda, tiene todas las amenidades ofrecidas, la cocina esta equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar algo sencillo, la atención del personal fue excelente, el lugar es tranquilo, por las noches no es ruidoso, se descansa muy bien, la terraza muy bonita, la atención del personal muy buena, especialmente por parte de Alexis.

ULIV Hotels are unusual - they have minimal front desk service and no other amenities. (I have stayed at two so far.) For check in you provide info via a website and you receive a room code. The only front desk assistance at check-in is likely to be verifying your ID. If you want a full-service, or even any-service, hotel, this is not it. Even housekeeping is an upcharge. That said: a very clean, spacious room, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Our rooms were big and bright. The staff are friendly and they did provide additional coffee pods and hold our luggage after check-out. Also: they left bottles of wine for us! A few notes: - The shower in one room leaked all over the bathroom floor which was annoying. (I did not complain.) - The coffeemaker is stupid Nespresso pods that make half a cup. - There is some street noise and very bright lights across the street. (The room had good dark shades.) It is NOT a busy street. - The only AC is a floor unit that did minimal cooling. The room got quite warm in the afternoon with the sun on the windows. - There is a 7-11 at the end of the block, and a coffee place next door. And lots of other options within a few blocks. Would definitely start here again.

Everything was very clean and the apartment was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. The staff were all extremely kind- I’m unfortunately not fluent in Spanish but that was never a problem. I enjoyed having access to the rooftop area as it provided a great space to relax and do my remote work.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, está limpio y te atienden súper bien, lo único es que solo te dan un abanico, la vdd no hizo falta más considerando que aún no es verano, dejando cita eso todo perfecto
