Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto

We loved the resort. The food was excellent and the staff was so friendly . They also put on quality entertainment. The best part was the beach access. We plan on returning and our purchasing the all inclusive plan because we loved the food .

Property beautiful But my bottle of wine never arrive to my room When we asked for a drink one said is close then he brought to next groups drinks and when we asked he said I was serving them since the morning.

The beach was beautiful. The resort was clean and all the staff were very friendly. The restaurants were also really good and had a wide variety of options. I went in late June and it was pretty warm and humid, high 80s, low 90s farenheit.

Great place for my gf and I. We celebrated her 40th birthday and we just wanted to relax and have good weather, with a nice vibe. This was perfect! The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of food options. The nicer restaurant- Danzante - was worth the extra price, as it was a great restaurant for anywhere In the world, let alone a resort. All inclusive was a good value, even without me drinking. Also, the back 9 was out of commission on the golf course because of re-seeding, so that was a bummer, but it’s a wonderful course with great staff. The service was amazing and attentive the whole time! We can’t wait to go back.

price was too high for the quality of the resort. it was priced like a 5 star but more like a 3.5 star

Not too many restaurants to choose from. Water bottle not available everyday in the room. Buffet is limited.

Wry nice place for the area. But there are far more impressive all-inclusive resorts in the Riviera Maya area that would make the effort to visit over this property. The All-inclusive option is a bit cumbersome. You still have to sign checks which all ask for additional tip and it took us forever to get a ticket brought on several occatiins

The resort and bay were beautiful. Staff and other guests were kind and friendly. Wish we could have eaten at the Clubhouse but had a party of 8 and the online booking is not friendly to that group size. Regarding bills, I understand the need to keep track of food and beverage but the need to sign for everything with the all inclusive plan takes away from the overall experience.

Check in processes was highly disorganized. Food was disappointing. Property was beautiful and staff were friendly.

The place is outstanding the only thing we didn't like is the hard sell for their vacation club.

Paid full price for 9 days and was bugged continually to go to a prestation a real pain in the butt wouldn't go back

We really enjoyed our trip to Loreto and to the VDP. This was our first time here and we spent NYE/NY here in a 2bd suite. The food here is absolutely incredible; the best I’ve had at an all inclusive resort (competes with Pueblo Bonito’s Sunset in Cabo). Shout out to Josue at Casa Mia and Jose at the Pool. These servers were delightful and treated us SO well; we loved the attention from them on our vacation. The hikes around the property are good- but fairly strenuous- especially if you’re hiking up to Hole 17 which overlooks the ocean. The rooms do show wear but are spacious. My only gripe is that the mattresses aren’t comfortable and should be replaced. Be sure to make reservations Ahead of time (pre vacation arrival) via Open table for Danzante restaurant, Casa Mia and Casa Club, otherwise you may not be eating here and/or you’ll be eating at 9-10pm. I wish I knew this ahead of time. IMO, the food is best at Casa Mia and the Pool. The buffet is so-so and truthfully, I’d skip Casa Club. Note- the suites state you can do a late checkout, however, when I asked about it, the front desk told me No, bc it was high season and couldn’t accommodate it. While I understand this, I don’t think it’s right to advertise it (esp for the high price of accommodations) if it’s something that’s not offered. We also enjoyed the Spa for massages facials. I really enjoyed Pilar’s services; she did an incredible job with both services and I was so relaxed and truly enjoyed it!

El hotel es espectacular, sin embargo, reservamos una habitación Deluxe con vista al mar y era solo una vista parcial. Llamamos a principios de diciembre para reservar la cena de fin de año y nunca encontraron esa reserva. De no ser por Gualberto, del restaurante Danzante, no hubiéramos tenido lugar. Reservé en el spa a través de la página y tampoco estaban las reservas. Cristal de Concierge nos ayudó a conseguir 1 espacio, pero no para mi novia. Al llegar a las 5 pm a la habitación, no la habían limpiado porque tenían poco personal. La comida del restaurante Danzante es ESPECTACULAR. Lástima que no recibimos un servicio en el hotel acorde a nuestras expectativas, algunos empleados del Hotel muy poco empáticos
