Alex and Yasmin provided a beautiful experience. We stayed in the Rubis suite for five nights. The property itself is stunning and has many unique antiques throughout. The staff is excellent and catered to our every need. Alex arranged a guided tour of the Medina, as well as escorts to help us find restaurants in the evening. My wife enjoyed the cooking class with Fatima. We ate at the Riadh for breakfast and several dinners and all of the food was excellent. they are beautiful views of the Medina from the rooftop terrace and the restaurant especially at sunset. They have a relationship with the luxury hotel Palais Faraj we enjoyed Hamam annd massage experience at that hotel arranged by Yasmin as well.

We had an excellent stay at Riad el Calife. There is not one thing I would change about our visit. The staff is amazing, the location convenient, the setting exquisite, the rooms luxurious, the food delicious. We felt very well taken care of and the entire staff was extremely attentive. A huge thank you to the entire team, but especially Yasmine, Alex, Said, and Mohamed. I highly recommend this Riad.

A 3 min walk from the meeting point where all activities start. The couple that run the etablissement are lovely. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Staff is also divine. Room was very clean, well appointed, comfortable. Food was excellent. House is converted private home, but the furnishings are all very appropriate to what would have been there - very well done. The owners (French/Moroccon) were wonderful - spoke English extremely well, were available every day, and bent over backwards to write down recommendations, show us the locations on a amp, etc., etc. Like any accommodations in the medinas, you need to arrange to have someone from the hotel/riad meet you to help with luggage.

Utrolig vakker Riad med kun 8 rom. Lå som en rolig oase i en yrende Fez. Deilig å kunne komme tilbake til etter spennende men også slitsomme opplevelser gjennom dagen. Vi ble veldig godt ivaretatt av personale og eier hele døgnet- følte oss veldig velkommen. God mat og godt vedlikehold i gammel stil. Everything was incredible! The Riad itself was beautiful - the rooms, the reception, the courtyard, all of it. The employees are lovely, and the owner Alex was incredibly kind. We had a great conversation with him about the Riads history, and Morocco itself, and appreciated the extra effort that we could tell he puts in for his guests. The location itself is great as well. You owe it to yourself to have the welcome dinner; Chef Fatima is incredible. In our 12 days in Morocco, the two dinners that we had at the restaurant were our favorite meals. Not only is the food great, but the views of Fes from the restaurant are incredible as well.

They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready with a warm smile or great advice about exploring Fez. The food was outstanding — beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served with care in a stunning setting. Breakfasts were a real highlight each morning! The property itself is breathtaking — a beautifully restored riad that perfectly blends traditional Moroccan charm with modern comfort. Every corner feels elegant and peaceful, from the rooftop terrace to the courtyard and the rooms themselves. Riad Le Calife is a true gem in Fez. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this magical city!

Utrolig vakker Riad med kun 8 rom. Lå som en rolig oase i en yrende Fez. Deilig å kunne komme tilbake til etter spennende men også slitsomme opplevelser gjennom dagen. Vi ble veldig godt ivaretatt av personale og eier hele døgnet- følte oss veldig velkommen. God mat og godt vedlikehold i gammel stil. Hvis det er noe vi kunne ønsket bedre, så er litt kraftigere wi-fi. Men alt i alt hadde vi et deilig og fantastisk opphold på Riad’en

Everything was incredible! The Riad itself was beautiful - the rooms, the reception, the courtyard, all of it. The employees are lovely, and the owner Alex was incredibly kind. We had a great conversation with him about the Riads history, and Morocco itself, and appreciated the extra effort that we could tell he puts in for his guests. The location itself is great as well. You owe it to yourself to have the welcome dinner; Chef Fatima is incredible. In our 12 days in Morocco, the two dinners that we had at the restaurant were our favorite meals. Not only is the food great, but the views of Fes from the restaurant are incredible as well.
