Riad Le Calife

Wow! There are so many good things to say. First of all, everyone at Riad Le Calife was above and beyond in kindness and hospitality. Alex and Yasmine were such great hosts who gave us great insight to Fes and even supported us with obtaining a bag we left behind in the Sahara Desert!! Mohamed helped us get taxis, find nearby toothbrushes and toiletries (due to our temporarily displaced bag), and kindly hosted us at the riad's amazing restaurant upstairs (Fatima is an excellent chef, by the way). Beyond the amazing people, the space itself is incredible. Beautifully designed with an amazing view of the city. What a special place to spend part of our honeymoon. We hope to come back!

The riad is extraordinary. The level of detail and design is amongst the best we’ve stayed in, in the world. The staff could not do enough for us during our stay. What an amazing find.

Magnifique Riad super bien situé aux portes de la Médina. Décor magnifique, service chaleureux et attentif. Notre chambre - là moins chère et la seule disponible encore- était spacieuse, comfortable, lumineuse et hyper propre. Donnant sur le merveilleux patio intérieur. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes charmants qui nous aiguillé pour les visites. Transport facile pour l’aéroport en pleine nuit.. Bref 10/10.. Une expérience merveilleuse à recommander

All (ok, maybe not all) I have to say is WOW!!! This Riad is what the hospitality industry is all about. You arrive, they can arrange pickup and drop off at going rates in the city. Everything is done for you. Someone greets you in a plaza and it’s a short walk to the Riad. Luggage is taken to the Riad for you and up to your room. You are greeted and explained the many rooms of the Riad as well as the surrounding area. They are willing to help you in any way…again at competitive rates for the extra services. The room was incredible, ours was on the top floor beside the outdoor open patio and their enclosed dining room. The breakfasts are out of this world. The dinners are to die for. The staff are friendly and helpful. I could go on about how wonderful they were and are stay was but I think you might get the hint already. Recommended 100%. Thanks Yasmine and staff!!

El Riad muy lindo en su interior , atendido por sus propios dueños que te hacen sentir seguros y protegidos , nos dieron instrucciones al llegar de cómo movilizarnos , que evitar y que hacer . Nos apoyaron con el guía , el conductor y otros detalles logísticos

Alex, Yasmine, Fatima, Mohammed, Said and the team were very kind. Breakfasts were excellent, Alex helped with planning our activities in fez and surrounding area. The team has a passion for their work and country and made us feel welcome in our home away from home

Alex and Yasmin provided a beautiful experience. We stayed in the Rubis suite for five nights. The property itself is stunning and has many unique antiques throughout. The staff is excellent and catered to our every need. Alex arranged a guided tour of the Medina, as well as escorts to help us find restaurants in the evening. My wife enjoyed the cooking class with Fatima. We ate at the Riadh for breakfast and several dinners and all of the food was excellent. they are beautiful views of the Medina from the rooftop terrace and the restaurant especially at sunset. They have a relationship with the luxury hotel Palais Faraj we enjoyed Hamam annd massage experience at that hotel arranged by Yasmin as well.

We had an excellent stay at Riad el Calife. There is not one thing I would change about our visit. The staff is amazing, the location convenient, the setting exquisite, the rooms luxurious, the food delicious. We felt very well taken care of and the entire staff was extremely attentive. A huge thank you to the entire team, but especially Yasmine, Alex, Said, and Mohamed. I highly recommend this Riad.

The host was absolutely brilliant! They were so accessible and accommodating, the property was beautiful filled with unique and interesting features. Felt like we were staying with friends! I wish there were more properties like this. Location was very convenient. Loved it!!

Alex, Yasmin and the team made us very welcome and this beautiful riad is a true gem. Furnished with wonderful historic pieces, care was taken at every turn to ensure our stay was flawless. Our dinner on arrival was especially good and we will definitely be back.

Very nice and clean place. The hospitality super friendly and helpful. We really loved it and very comfortable stay. Very safe and quiet place. Nice breakfast included it. We all enjoyed it. Really appreciated their excellent service. Shops and restaurants all close by.

We stayed 4 nights . Suite Ruby. It exceeded all of our expectations! We are letting our friends and family know this is the place to stay. A 3 min walk from the meeting point where all activities start. The couple that run the etablissement are lovely. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Staff is also divine. Very friendly and super helpful.

Staying here was a great experience. I havent stayed anywhere that i like more. The oroperty including rooms, restaurant and rooftop were beautiful. And the hospitality and care were off the charts. + Bonus of having the cutest dog in Morocco.

This Riad is in an excellent location easily walkable to the Medina.

Riad Le Calife is a gem! I stayed with my family of five over the Christmas holidays and the entire experience was amazing in every category. Service, location, food, ambience, comfort, EXQUISITE INTERIORS! I could never dream of a more perfect place to stay in Fes than Riad Le Calife.
