Riad Zarka

El riad está súper bien ubicado y muy accesible! Se puede visitar todo caminando. El staff muy amable y servicial. Está todo muy limpio y cuidado. El desayuno muy abundante para empezar bien el día. Sin duda repetiríamos!

Lovely clean room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. A small oasis in the madness of the Medina.

The courtyard in the picture and the location were excellent. The room did not have very much privacy however with the glass door leading directly to the courtyard. AC was not very effective. Biggest problem was communication. I was not told (but I guess should have figured out) that the car I hired through them could only bring me within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Pretty unexpected to have to walk all alone with luggage through the medina at 1 a.m. after a late flight. The driver told me it's not a problem because it is "safe." I guess it was. Also got mixed messages from staff as to whether I could get my boarding pass printed or not at the hotel. Overall, the charm of the courtyard and of the neighborhood made up form most of these smaller problems.

Eine meiner besten Unterkünfte! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Man wird mit Tee und Süßigkeiten empfangen. Die Zimmer - wenngleich wie in jedem Riad relativ klein - sind sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingericht. Alles mit Rosenblättern dekoriert. Sollte ich wieder nach Marrakesh reisen, wird es meine erste Wahl sein!

Great location, quiet and clean.. right in the middle of the Medina. Best part was the staff. Abdul was great and made us feel safe and welcome and also helped us with all trips planning and provided recommendations on do’s and don’ts

Abdul was an amazing staff member, really helped us out when we got to the riad, as well assisted us when we mentioned needing a driver for the next day to take us to the train station. The riad was really nice, very lovely presentation and atmosphere and definitely recommend to others

The property was easy to find, extremely clean, and matched the description and photos. The bathroom was great and the bed/bedding was super comfortable and the AC worked great! Our host, Abdul, was fantastic. He made us feel extremely safe and comfortable and even made us an early breakfast for our early checkout. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Abdul was AMAZING! Beauitful Riad with a great location. Even though it was in the medina it is sstill tucked away where it is still quiet! 100% reccommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech!!

You can't go wrong with this place. Abdou, especially, was wonderful. He took the time to go over the map, highlight important places like ATM and banks and, of course the main attractions. He was extremely attentive towards my stay. In fact, the whole staff is the reason I booked another two nights at the hotel before my return trip.

Grundsätzlich ein hübsches Gebäude in zentraler Lage. Doch leider nur Probleme. Das Hotel hat es nicht geschafft die zusätzlich gebuchte dritte Übernachtung zu den beiden anderen hinzuzufügen obwohl bei der Buchung noch mehrere Zimmer frei waren. Man dachte wir würden nur eine Nacht bleiben und wir mussten nach einem Tag umziehen. Man konnte uns außerdem nicht den Unterschied von Standard und Superior erklären. Wir haben für alle 3 Nächte Superior bezahlt. Die Zimmer waren aber nicht anders. Außerdem hat man uns die Citytax zwei mal berechnet. Die inkompetente Dame die uns geöffnet hat, hat uns trotz vorheriger Absprache der Uhrzeit nach einer langen Tour noch 45 Minuten auf das Zimmer warten lassen. Sie hat uns dabei schon die Citytax abkassiert und hinterher behauptet sie hätte es nicht. Wir zahlten dann doppelt weil wir nicht mehr diskutieren wollten. Die wiederholten Schwierigkeiten hatten uns lange genug von unseren Vorhaben in Marrakech abgehalten. Sehr unangenehm. Schlafen war auch kaum möglich. Das Personal hört bis Mitternacht laut Musik.

Calme et paisible et personnel très très sympathique

Lovely Riad with very friendly welcoming staff. Very peaceful inside but only a stone's throw from the he hustle and bustle. Even though we didn't eat there saw other guests with meal which looked great , good choice of restaurants close by as well.

Great location, friendly staff and it's a beautiful hotel, especially the courtyard.

Cerca de la plaza, no hay acceso en auto, por lo que llegar con maletas es complicado.

Dont be put off by how hard it is to find. About 7 minute walk from central market thru several crowded skinny pathways. You'll need Google Maps with turn by turn. And last 100 meters look intimidating...but you will be walking down sidewalks of local homes, and they are most welcoming/helpful, so it is perfectly safe.

I stayed at Riad Zarka overnight before a tour and the staff were amazing. Ayoub greeted me on arrival and was very accommodating with my entire stay. He made sure I was able to have breakfast before I needed to leave. He also ensured I felt safe and comfortable in the area and that I knew exactly where to go to meet my tour in the morning. I was able to request in advance to be picked up from the airport and brought to the Riad by a private driver. The Riad itself is down a few non- drivable streets but I had no issue finding it, and you can also have someone help walk you there if you need help with directions or your bags. My room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the main areas. Thank you for the great experience!

A lovely oasis from the Medina/Souks (which are busy and delightful in their own way). The common chatfinches were a delight.
