The room is big enough for us: two queen size beds. Beds and pillows were good. The services from the front desk to the concierge were excellent and attentive. We dined in Tahini, Edomame and Thameel. All three offered very tasty food and excellent service

Special thanks to Anu at front reception who arranged a taxi to the airport for me and walked with me to ensure I got into the correct vehicle and costs confirmed. Nice touch!

A wonderful oasis after weeks of trekking and travel around Nepal. The staff across the board were probably the most friendly and accommodating I've found ANYWHERE. M Club was one of the better ones, particular the evening appetizers/treats/snacks.

Good property, dirty area outside. Door and security staff excellent, not impressed with a couple of breakfast staff. Very expensive drinks and meals. If you walk around outside area, you get better value for money and service. A name of a hotel does not make a place, it's how you treat your guests.
