Après avoir lu certains commentaires négatifs, nous redoutions le pire. Mais tout s'est très bien passé pour notre séjour dune semaine. Grande chambre confortable au 5e étage, belle salle de bain. Machine à café. Grande télévision. La wifi fonctionnait parfaitement. Station de tram (ligne n° 2) à 7 mn à pied pour rejoindre directement le centre d'Amsterdam. Station de bus (n° 62) à 5 mn pour rejoindre la gare de Lelylaan. De là, trains très fréquents pour Schiphol.

It's a very average hotel with limited services. On the new hotel's area rooms are fine but the ones on the old area are dated and feel stuffy. Staff is nice. Also, it is worth informing that very close there's a homeless shelter.

Check in at 0030 was mobbed and took over an hour. The self service machines worked badly and often did not recognise reservations already made. The two staff on duty were overwhelmed.

Very much a below par hotel from a big player in the market. No dining offering so guests were forced to buy take away and sig in the bar. The bar offering extended to a few run of the mill beers and wine, that’s it! Best Western are blessed with some lovely staff who are being let down by management.

周辺は住宅地の為、アムステルダムの華やかさをイメージしているとギャップがあります。 周りには飲食店は全くなく、最寄りのトラムからホテル迄歩きましたがグーグルマップが間違っているのではと疑うほどで　本当にホテルがあるのか不安でした。 ツアー客向け施設で　ベストウエスタンの名前はついていますが個人客が予約するにはお勧めしません。

I liked that we could walk to the tram and easily get to the city. We did not like that we could not even get a cup of coffee without paying 4 euros. Lots of tour buses come to this hotel but it was very quiet.

Idea for the environment: Have room notes the you have room service incl refill coffee & tea but don’t change linen & towels etc unless asked to or indicated eg towels left in the shower. Check room cleanliness. The Curtain in my room was in need of a wipe or clean.

The Night staff was very unprofessional. When asked for help they would point and laugh. I just found them to be very unprofessional and looked like they didnt want to help or make our stay pleasant. Very very disappointed, as I have stayed at many Best western before. The day staff was helpful and nice. Night staff need to be trained properly about customer service and etiquette.

The pictures used to show the rooms are not representative of what the rooms look like in reality. There is no airconditioning and the rooms have limited airflow. If you leave your window open, even on the 4th floor the cigarette and marijuana smoke comes into the room. The staff was very accommodating and helpful at all times. It is well situated for public transport, but I doubt I would stay there again. As loyal Best Western customers this hotel was a miss for us.

Beds were very soft, got back pain beacuse of it..couldnt sleep comfortably. Breakfast was great , have to pay 16 Euros Parking is another 25 euro for a night
