Wonderful people, great breakfast, super location, and clean nice room with great amenities. Also, of a small place, it had a great elevator. I plan on staying there for all Amsterdam visits.

Fiquei 2 dias no hotel e a experiência foi muito boa. Todos os funcionários muito solícitos e educados, explicaram um pouco sobre como se locomover pela cidade, deram dicas sobre locais. Sobre as acomodações, tudo como era exatamente como estava nas fotos, tudo limpo arrumado, voltaria a me hospedar sem dúvidas :)

Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice size room compared to other hotels in Amsterdam. Walls are very thin so you can hear a lot when neighbors are loud. The only 2 things that I would improve are: There’s no open TV, you have to use your Netflix password or other streaming service to watch some tv but we don’t like logging in with our account credentials on a random place. So, no TV time for us. The other thing is: I especially reserved this hotel because it said on the site that there’s a 24hr shuttle to the airport when in reality is either a €55, 24 hrs. taxi service or a 5 min. walk to the bus stop with a direct bus to airport. (Public transport). Which is not bad and very convenient. We took it. I just wish they were more clear on the options.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização , muito central . Os funcionarios são muito educados ,solícitos e simpáticos com os hóspedes . O cafe da manhã tbm é bom , a única coisa que nao gostei foi a acústica do quarto pois dava para ouvir conversas na recepção . No geral , gostei bastante

Room was very nice, very clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was stuck Amsterdam for 3 days with a 4 years old kid due to flight cancellations and the staff made the waiting time really pleasant for both of us. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Bed was uncomfortable. Made up of 2 single mattresses with a six inch gap between them. Bathroom had a sensor light which would turn off while in the shower. You had to get out of the shower to wave and activate it on a wet slippy floor in the dark. I slipped once, banged my head another time and hurt my arm waving and hit the shower stall. Turn the wrong way (left) getting out of the lift on the third floor and you will literally fall to your death. This should be signposted very well in the lift. Instead there is a generic caution sign. Very overpriced and cannot check in using bank card on phone. They need your actual card to store your card details in a database. Paid almost 500 euro for two night. Never again. Avoid!!
