Hotel New Kit

The room was great, very spacious, the attached bathroom was lovely as well. The only issues we had really was some marks on the walls, limescale on the shower head, and the lift broke on our last day, but that can't be helped really. All in all it was a wonderful stay and the staff were very friendly, i just would have liked the room to be a bit more deep cleaned.

Really friendly staff, loads of discounts for things to do in the city. Room wasn’t massive but very clean and just perfect for a weekend away. Good location, one metro straight to central, would highly recommend!

O hotel fica 30 minutos do centro indo de ônibus, tem ponto de parada e estação de trem perto, o quarto é pequeno para 3 pessoas, a recepção não ajudou muito em nossas dúvidas, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Seife und Duschgel leer, kein Badvorleger für die Dusche, Bettdecke wieder mal auf links überzogen, 15 Uhr CheckIn nicht möglich weil das Zimmer nicht fertig war. Im Allgemeinen nicht sehr sauber aber für 1 Nacht sehr günstig, da geht auch ein Zimmer ohne Fenster.

Convenient location with easy access to the city center through bus or metro.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, avec le métro à deux minutes à pied. La chambre était très correcte et propre, et l'accueil chaleureux. Ahmed, à la réception, a été très gentil, serviable et à l'écoute. Il nous a beaucoup aidés et nous a également donné des recommandations de lieux à visiter dans la ville. Merci Ahmed

We had a very frustrating experience at The New Kit Hotel, mainly due to how parking is managed. We paid €40 for parking in the hotel’s garage and were clearly told that paying for parking guaranteed us a space with access at all times. Unfortunately, this was not the case. On the day of departure, our car was completely blocked by another vehicle, making it impossible for us to leave the garage. This situation can only happen if the hotel sells more parking spaces than the garage can actually accommodate, which is unacceptable when guests are paying for a guaranteed service. We were under time pressure due to an appointment at home, and this caused unnecessary stress and delay. Despite contacting the hotel multiple times, it took more than 30 minutes before the blocking car was moved and we were finally able to exit. We immediately requested a refund of the parking fee, as we clearly did not receive the service we paid for. This request was refused, which we found unreasonable and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs reliable and properly managed parking.

Atendimento muito bom, disponíveis para ajudar, tudo conforme as fotos, uma boa estrutura. A localização foi o ponto numero 1, tinha ponto de onibus e metro literalmente na porta do hote o que facilitou muito nossa estadia!

Close to the airport but in the outskirts of Amsterdam. Public transport outside the hotel which takes around 15 mins on the bus to get to Amsterdam Centraal. Quiet area for a decent night sleep.

Het ontbijt was geweldig goed service. Parkeren ook goed en veilig.

Desayuno muy limitado por 15€ El hotel está genial en cuanto a transporte, tienes justo en la puerta en metro y hay tranvía también al lado. La habitación que elegimos con ventanas estaba bastante bien.

Sød personale og fine faciliteter

Small hotel right next to tram and underground stops- easy frequent connections to all main attractions and the airport. Room was clean albeit a bit basic, beds very comfortable, staff on reception super helpful. We loved the coffee machine in the restaurant area- excellent bonus.

Quartos e comodidades

Prima schone kamer met airco (wel droge lucht helaas, zelfs met de airco uit). Belangrijk: betaalde parkeerplek, dat was ons initieel niet duidelijk. Het was 20 euro per nacht voor een oke plek.
