Super nice classic and elegant hotel, has a great location and the staff has a super attitude for service. It’s always crowed with many locals at the lobby or the restaurant, the restaurant is really good and has a great staff as well. Congratulations because I loved it!

If you have forgotten what great service in a traditional hotel is like come to the Hotel Continental. Everyone from the front desk to the dining room could not be more kind and helpful. When I mentioned that we were going to the floating sauna on the Oslo fjord, Anna at the front desk offered to have towels and water ready when we left. So thoughtful and made a big difference at the sauna. She also offered a room upgrade without my asking. Similarly the hostess in the breakfast room could not have been more pleasant and helpful. BTW the breakfast was among the best I’ve had in any first class hotel anywhere. All in all it was a great stay that significantly added to our stay in Oslo.

From the time we walked in and left 2 days later our experience was fantastic. The staff were always so polite and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

An all-around amazing stay! The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. No need to rent a car. Took the train to and from the Airport. Plus an easy walk to the Fjord, Palace, etc. for sightseeing. The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was impeccable and to wake up to an incredible breakfast buffet each morning was a great way to start each day.

Title: Elegant stay in a perfect location – highly recommend Room 561 We had a lovely experience at The Continental Hotel Oslo. We booked a junior suite and were very pleased with the space and comfort. The suite featured a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower, plus a spacious living area and plenty of closet space. The bed was softer than I usually prefer, but surprisingly comfortable for my back. The staff were warm, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is outstanding — just a short walk to the Royal Palace, shopping areas, the waterfront, and great restaurants. Room 561 was perfect for us, and we would absolutely stay here again.
