Islamabad Hotel

Rooms on 3rd floor are better thank 2nd floor rooms, I was initially allocated rooms on 2nd floor however were changed in no time to 3rd floor rooms. Hotel is value for money. Staff is courteous and accommodating.

1. The Deluxe Suite room that are shown in the pictures is NOTHING like the ACTUAL room that they give you. They show multiple rooms with 2 king sized beds but in reality, it was one small room with 2 twin size beds. When I spoke to Usama Hasan (Manager), he said he can shift us to the other room with the king bed but there is only one bed. The room I stayed in had ZERO pictures online. The first time I saw my room was when I entered it. Nothing was posted online. This is false advertisement and a scam. 2. The outlets did not work constantly and had to call a repair tech every single day multiple times a day to come fix it. A 5 day trip where a repair tech is there every day multiple times a day. Very annoying. 3. The water in the bathroom stopped working one morning and it took a half an hour for the repair team to fix it. By the way, this was their priciest room, the Deluxe Suite, and these were the issues I faced. When I told my complaints to the manager, he said he does not understand our frustration, offered no compensation for my troubles, and stopped responding. His last response basically was "Things messed up, and we fixed it on time" Which fails to acknowledge my frustration on the problems I faced during my trip and offered no compensation. Very unprofessional. Worst experience I have ever had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes.

Great place to stay

Hotel com boa estrutura, porém localização apenas razoável. Minha hospedagem ocorreu no período de inverno e o sistema de ar-condicionado central estava desligado, causando grande desconforto para dormir por causa do calor no quarto. Reclamei algumas vezes com os responsáveis pelo hotel, mas não houve solução. O café da manhã poderia ter queijos (não dispõe) e pães (possui apenas pães de forma).

O hotel é bem estruturado e os atendentes são muito prestativos. A limpeza do quarto foi boa, com os camareiros sempre prestativos também. Os pontos fracos foram o ar condicionado não estar funcionando (disseram q era pq estava desligado por ser inverno) e a região ao redor q não tem opções de restaurantes (embora tenha um bom mercado de roupas e frutas secas perto, além de um supermercado). Não tive coragem de comer na “praça de alimentação” que tem atrás do hotel. Mas o restaurante do hotel nos atendeu bem!

Hotel com espaços e mobília nova, boa estrutura.

Very dirty, stinks filthy bathrooms. Showed me 3 rooms all with heavy smell of cigarettes. Absolutely not a place to stay. Never again only good thing was the breakfast which was fresh. Never again!!

Rooms need renovations. Location is ideal. Staff was ok.

Hotel is very secure and well located. The rooms are excellent quality. But for the price it was let down by the following- We were located rooms in the corridor where decorating was being done and therefore had very strong paint odour the lift seemed unfinished and had visible wiring showing. The porters appeared very tired and spoke limited English. We were told a fruit bowl was included and will be sent up but did not receive one!

anbaler ikke i hele tatt. ikke mer enn 3 stjenre. drålig service. personalet hadde ingen intresse i gjester. renovering pågår, skiten. Nei takk selv om det var gratis.

Not bad, good clean rooms.
