Los primeros tres días de nuestra estancia fueron una experiencia de regular a mala. Quizás porque fue después de Año Nuevo. No había mas que 4 opciones de comida, las bebidas siempre en vasos de plástico, el aseo en la habitación de malas. Entendemos que quizás estaban sobrepasados y con personal temporal, pero no te esperas un servicio así en un hotel tan bonito y menos cuando vas de vacaciones y a pasarla bien. Fue decepcionante. A partir del día 4 todo mejoro. Parece que llegaron los trabajadores "titulares". Ya había más opciones de comida, bebidas en vasos reales. Lo que sí es que siempre el personal de seguridad y limpieza exterior fueron muy amables. Del check in desk, un trato muy regular también. En cuanto a instalaciones, hace falta mantenimiento a las salas de playa.

Si me encanto la vista al mar y la limpieza estuvo muy bien.

The good: rooms, gym facilities, friendly staff, & location. The bad: long wait for room, spotty, WiFi, mostly unfinished, very poor food execution, understaffed/poorly managed.

The only good thing about this resort is the beach. The food and customer service is horrendous. The resort is in a desolate location. The road to the resort is poorly paved and filled with potholes. It was like driving in the jungle. Once at the resort, you are relegated to a single restaurant. The food is horrible and customer service is awful. I do not recommend this place.

Overall very nice very isolated transportation was very limited couldn’t get an uber.got locked out of our room Took 6 people and over 2 hours to get it opened good thing we didn’t have a flight to catch

This property is not ready for guests. The access road was narrow, pothole-filled, requiring constant maneuvering around oncoming vehicles. Upon 6pm arrival, our room wasn’t ready. Once accessed, we found a broken window shade and key cards that repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple front desk trips throughout our stay. The dining situation was unacceptable. The first night, severe understaffing left guests waving hands and walking up to servers trying to get food. When it arrived, it was unseasoned or overcooked. The second night, the regular menu was unavailable, only a $35 Chinese buffet. Each subsequent night, despite daytime assurances, we encountered limited menus or mandatory buffets. Most guests resorted to ordering hamburgers, chicken tenders, or plain spaghetti. Resort guests shouldn’t be reduced to children’s menu items. Beach facilities were inadequate, no shade or umbrellas, low towel supplies, and staff prohibiting us from using towels for shade. The market didn’t even stock sunscreen. We endured constant construction noise (drilling and banging) until 7pm daily, making daytime relaxation impossible and delaying restaurant opening. To be clear: individual staff members were genuinely kind, doing their best under impossible circumstances. These failures result from chronic understaffing and under-resourcing by management. This property needs to pause reservations until they can deliver basic hospitality.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

La habitación estaba muy limpio dentro de una nueva propriedad recién construida. Las piscinas, la playa, el gimnasio y las areas recreativas estaban muy cercas a las habitaciones. El hotel brinda servicios de bar-restaurante y hay un mercadito cerca de la entrada.

Room wasn’t ready until 7:30pm and even then it was not what we booked and had dirty towels on the floor. No comp offered for the delay or putting us in a room we hadn’t booked and floors away from family. Next morning I asked for the dirty towel to be replaced. Never happened until we left. Restaurant service beyond slow and the buffet dinner we had to get one night because of “limited à la carte” was beyond subpar. Breakfast was great and so are the views.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The rooms were spotless, just as I’ve always experienced. The staff are truly the golden point of this place—kind, professional, and always welcoming. The beach was clean and well maintained, and the food was excellent. Consistency like this is rare, and that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful beach view and magnificent landscape. 3 days of great breakfast, buffet as offered, next days a just average cook to order breakfast. Room furniture as new. Restaurant people needs to be trained, way too long for service and very often wrong orders taken, sometimes a smile can be nice. Do not disturb tags need to be added. To highlight the nice attitude of Cielo and Josselin in customer service.

Excelent stay for my family of four.Great restaurant, fast and delicious! We enjoyed the Karaoke night and the fire pit, My room was pretty small compared to others that reserved for only two people. It will be great to have 2 queen beds instead of full beds. We coincidentally stayed during a surf competition and really enjoyed it. Great Place.
