The room was very nice and has a window overlooking the square. The bed was very comfortable and warm. We only stayed one night but it is close to everything. Maybe i would have liked a little hotter water in the bathroom but it also had soap and towels.

Very comfy and cute set up, rooms, and courtyard! Great location in terms of accessibility to food, drinks, shops, restaurants, cafes, public transport! Quite noisy until about 11pm at night, though - not in the property itself, but coming from celebrations in the main Plaza of Ollantaytambo. Good Shower - one of best I had in Peru!!

First they gave me a room in a worse category that I've booked. Also the area is a bit noisy everyday until midnight, and they have a coffeshop at the bottom which they start playing music at 7:20 in the morning. In overall if you don't care about the noises, is not a bad choice.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived and it seemed like they did not know about our reservation. Room was very smelly, parts were dirty and the humidity was super high. Also the shower was leaking, which lead to lots of water in the bathroom. The room also had no window. We were also not informed about the construction work downstairs, it started at 7:45am and they were hammering until 8pm. Would definitely not have booked this room if we would have known in advance.

Ao chegar nessa propriedade em águas calientes não tinha uma recepção,a pessoa que nos atendeu nem pegou nosso documento é como se eu não tivesse hospedado ali, e nunca mais vi ela nem mesmo quando fui embora.o hotel é bonito bem conservado tudo novo com tv bem grande. Só é um pouco barulhento e não serve o café da manhã. Mais tem um cafeteria logo em baixo. O chuveiro não aquece muito, tome banho cedo enquanto não está tão frio.
