Easy to get around

We really liked this hotel. Only stayed for one night but the staff were so great, the room was comfortable and even provided us a fan as well as an AC unit. The breakfast options were so amazing. We ordered and it was prepared for us very quick and delicious. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to someone staying in the area. Great location and very central. They even offered free shuttle service to the airport for us. Love this hotel

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay with a complimentary buffet breakfast that had great quality food and was delicious. My only suggestion is to enhance the cleanliness of the floor, as I found it greasy and odorous.

I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel for five days, as it was accessible to everything. While the cleanliness was acceptable, I expected better for the price per night; dusting and mirror cleaning should be addressed.

It was a beautiful hotel only a few blocks away from the Porto princesa boardwalk walking. The only thing was everything in town was close for Good Friday catholic holiday.But it was fun walking in the boardwalk had lots of restaurants and the beach

Very nice property with all the necessities. The staff were very nice and friendly. Room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. It was walkable distance to restaurants, and they provide free airport shuttle.

Overall the place is nice. It’s clean and facilities are good. There’s plenty of transportation when you step outside so it’s not that hard to go places. The breakfast is good and the staffs are friendly.

Overall this property is above normal expectations while traveling. Only thing lacking would be to have a refrigerator (mini) in the rooms for how upscale this property is in comparison. Lower quality places have refrigerators and it helps with leftover food or having cold drinks besides water. Staff was truly amazing and polite.

Room was nice and clean and staff were attentive - they arranged airport transfers for us which was great. Breakfast options were quite limited and were left uncovered all morning which meant there were bugs all over the eggs nearer the end of breakfast. Location was good, not too far away from the airport and also close to the Puerto Princesa baywalk pier and restuarants.

Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. Our first room had an issue with hot water. The staff were quick to change our room and all was good. Staff are polite and helpful. Hotel is VERY clean and pretty new looking. Room was spotless. Breakfast was good with a number of options. For the money this hotel was a bargain. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel staff, but there was a mix up with our room bill when we checked in, which was resolved after we were already in our room. Good thing it was caught. Anyway, room was small, but it was ok for our stay. Room was clean. There’s a bar/restaurant next door, and if you didn’t bring headphones to drown out the noise, it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast buffet spread was great! Many food choices and all delicious. Hotel staff was polite and courteous. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Pros: Shuttle van to and from Puerto Princesa Airport available for free during their designated service hours, after hours shuttle fee is 500 pesos for up to 4 persons; Bedrooms are new; bedrooms are very clean; strong WiFi connection; with smart TV; Security guard at the entrance 24/7; very quiet inside the room and did not hear any noise from outside; warm shower water; toothbrush and toothpaste provided; shampoo and shower gel provided; hair dyer provided; has safe deposit box; instant coffee, sugar, creamer provided; good lighting; free breakfast; respectful and helpful staff; walking distance to the Bay Walk with multiple restaurants and bay view. Cons: Bedrooms are small; no desk; no chair except for 1 plastic stool; no luggage rack or stand; limited hanging space and drawers; hand soap not provided; no restaurant in the hotel nor next door. Overall, I like this hotel because it is new, very clean, quiet and secure.

The Hotel is still new and very clean. However, it is a little bit far from shopping and good restaurant. Has a very nice view from the 7th floor of this Hotel overlooking the mountain and Ocean.
