Boulder-Bay Residences

The room is very clean and staff are very friendly. Special shout out to “ Lala” the receptionist. Compared to other accommodations you need to ask them for toiletries like toothbrush toothpaste and sleepers, they have it but it’ll not be in the room. Let’s talk about breakfast,,,, they said there’s choices but actually there’s none bec when you give your choice their answer was they ran out of it! In the end we don’t bother to ask anymore. The accommadation itself though it is literally near the beach it’s very far from places to eat. So you have to decide what you want to compromise, the location or the food if it’s just me I wouldn’t mind staying here bec I love the quietness and remoteness of this place and I don’t eat much anyways. But if you go with friends and family they might not like it bec of the distance to places to eat If convenience.

Off the beaten path, but the beach views here are second to none. It's quiet, there's a shuttle into town and any store or restaurant will jail you anytime back to the hotel. Breakfast is good, staff friendly and nice. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Boulder- Bay Residences. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. They even looked for a transportation and driver ( thank you Michael )for us so we can have dinner at the Fundation. The place is clean. The beds are firm, comfortable to sleep on. The linens and towels were clean and crispy white. The only complaint I had was the TV not working. It keeps saying No Signal, but it made us bond more with family by telling stories and creating memories. I also suggest to offer more choices of food for breakfast even if it’s an additional charge. Still I’m thankful for the complimentary breakfast. We also avail of their tour package and had a very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable tour guide MJ ( I personally recommend her).

We had a great stay at Boulder Bay Residences. The place is clean and smells good. They always have chill music. They offer daily shuttle to/from the Basco Town Proper. The staff are nice, friendly, and accommodating. I love that the place is very near the Valugan Boulder Beach where we were able to catch the sunrise every morning. They also offer the Boulder Bay Tours which is great as well. The Tour Guide knows more than just the basic Batanes culture and history, and his tricycle driver company is kind and helpful. Both the Boulder Bay Residences and Boulder Bay Tours are recommended!
