Hartanah ini menawarkan pengangkutan pindahan dari lapangan terbang (surcaj boleh dikenakan). Untuk pengaturan pengambilan, tetamu mesti menghubungi hartanah 48 jam sebelum tiba, menggunakan maklumat hubungan pada pengesahan tempahan. Jika anda merancang untuk tiba selepas 12:00 tengah hari, sila hubungi hartanah lebih awal menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.  Kakitangan meja hadapan akan menyambut tetamu ketika ketibaan di hartanah. Kad kredit yang digunakan untuk menempah tempahan perlu ditunjukkan oleh pemegang kad semasa daftar masuk bersama-sama dengan pengenalan foto yang sepadan. Aturan lain perlu diselaraskan dengan hartanah sebelum ketibaan. Waktu senyap dikuatkuasakan di hartanah bermula dari 23:00 hingga 6:00. Maklumat yang disediakan oleh pihak hartanah mungkin menggunakan alat terjemahan automatik.

Hartanah akan diubai suai dari 1 November 2025 sehingga 31 Mac 2026 (tarikh penyiapan tertakluk kepada perubahan). Kawasan yang berikut akan terjejas:

  • Bilik tamu tertentu
Kerja pengubahsuaian hanya akan dijalankan semasa waktu perniagaan pada hari kerja. Segala usaha akan diambil untuk mengurangkan bunyi dan gangguan.

I booked this hotel thinking of our early flight the next day since this is very near the old airport. It was already too late when I found out that the old airport is no longer operational. The location is okay. It's near the 2nd branch of Gerarda's. The building is old and it seems to have been repurposed several times. No elevator as far as I know. Good thing we were assigned to a room on the ground floor. The hall way to our room was dingy, dirty and a little creepy. It seems like they knocked down the walls of what used to be a bathroom to give hall way a better breathing space but the tiled floor and drainage is still there. No double lock on the door so I didin't really feel secured. The bathroom was relatively clean but the still were some mold/mildew between the tiles. The very old bathroom mirror reminded me of the mirror in my great grandmother's house. The beds were okay. The sleeping area was clean. Our room was just by the backdoor of the building and there was a swing that looked promising if it were not for the dirty looking pants hanging there. What I really liked about our room was there were no mosquitoes nor cockroaches.

We were not looking for the perfect hotel but this hotel gave us the experience we did not expect. All the basic necessities were given which was enough for us. They also gave an extra mile when they helped us out in looking for a different room suitable for a mobility-challenged elderly. For this we are indeed thankful we spent our stay in Tagbilaran here in this hotel.
