Checking in was a bit of a problem since I made 2 bookings…they couldn’t find one of the 2 bookings…but Ian was very very helpful and made things as seamless as possible. We left early the next day for a meeting, and we did not return till 7pm…we were hoping to return to a clean and made up room and were quite disappointed to find our rooms the way we left them…I had to call 3 times before someone came to clean, and give us water, new towels and toilet paper…although Wowee(the housekeeping guy) was the absolute most respectful and was utterly apologetic for neglecting to oversee the cleaning of our room. However, the person I spoke to in front desk was very curt and apologetic and tried to spin the blame on us by telling us that we probably left the “do not disturb” sign on…which was off! Check out was easier although they failed to print out a receipt…

The buffet was the best, it had only 2 twin beds instead of 2 full beds or 2 queen beds. Also they would let up people (family) come up to the rooms without us letting them. There should ge some type of security. We even told them the last day not to let any one up and say we checked out. A drunk family member came up before 6am banging on our door had to finally call security

The only annoying thing about the hotel was the first shower in the morning took like 20 minutes of running water to get hot. Otherwise everything was great. Staff and service was 5star excellent

Would suggest management should be stricter in implementing to have guest refrain from wearing pajamas in the dining/buffet area. Blaring music was too loud in the adjacent function room having zumba next to the buffet area that it took away the peace and calmness of enjoying breakfast. It was too loud. Complete disregard for other guests.

It's connected to the mall via a bridge so a lot of restaurants are accessible. Hotel feels modern and new. Staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend.
