Very clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel in a very busy area. Not far from the airport, a great place to rest from a long flight. (Airport transportation available through the hotel.) Staff are very attentive and kind. High quality and extensive breakfast buffet is available for a small charge when booked with the room. Highly recommend

Staff very courteous, nice food, room had a nice view from mactan channel, plenty of parking spot and a walking distance to a closest mall around the area. Would recommend and come back again.

This is a fairly modern hotel. The bathroom was good and so was the rest of the bedroom. Only problem was the rust around the swimming pool !

Saya dan suami saya tinggal di sini selama satu malam dan ia adalah satu tempat yang tidak dapat dilupakan. Kakitangan menampung dan tempat itu selesa dan selesa untuk bermalam. Seluruh penginapan hebat. Bilik-bilik baru, kakitangan sangat menampung. Lokasi yang hebat berhampiran lapangan terbang. Makanan juga sangat baik. Kolam renang di atas bumbungnya hebat. Pasti akan kembali untuk perjalanan percutian / perniagaan saya.

It was a nice hotel with good view over the city and the ocean and breakfast was good, bed was comfortatble, staff was friendly. Traffic is extremely heavy on Thursday and Friday night in the area so should avoid going out after 4pm till 8pm

I think the staff was excellent, the food was good in the restaurant. The room itself on the first day was not what we expected but the second day that we stayed was really nice. It was a sweet. We stayed there one night or two separate occasions in our stay in the Philippines. We stayed there because it was close to the airport and we were only going to be in Cebu for one day. I would definitely go back again.

What prompts me to book in this hotel is its proximity to the airport, its cleanliness, safety and security, and the breakfast buffet. Though my last booking, I noticed the breakfast buffet was not impressive. Likely because there were few guests. Hopefully, it was just this one time.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The only issue I noticed was the lady working at the check-in and checkout counter on floor 7 is I know she is speaking English however some of her words ran together and she didnot speak loud enough so there were times I didnot understand what she was saying I'm American and understand English very well when spoken properly hopefully this area of service will improve I will continue to stay at Mayo. !!

The restaurant was excellent. The tomato soup was phenomenal. Breakfast was ok. Needed more fruit, cheese and meats. Overall this place is great and the King Suite was excellent. I will be back again.
