Väldigt högklassigt hotell med enormt bra service och trevlig personal.

Positive : Room size, staff friendliness, coffee area, swimming pool Negative : sport center (both treadmills out of use), no beach, food scarcity at restaurants

The location, view and facilities are fantastic. The staff is very courteous. The hotel is clean.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und der Pool riesig. Allerdings sind die Speisen zum Frühstück und Abend mangelhaft. Wenig Auswahl für Europäer, kleine Portionen. Das Restaurant am Wasser ist geschlossen. Preis/Leistung sind dennoch in Ordnung.

Where should I start and where to end? Well, the room is big and nice. But - there was a bad smell in the toilet. I told service to clean it better and after cleaning - it was the same. Also the glas between shower and toilet- not clean and a lot of lime. The area around the Pool is dirty - a lot of black areas next to the Pool. The Kids pool inside is dirty. My impression is, the stuff - not all - is not happy to work there and you can feel it. It's not warm and more cold. They have a nice coffee Bar before the front desk with a sign - open from 10am until 6 pm. It needs 10 minutes to organize somebody to brew Cappuccino. They are not able to talk to me, what kind of cake it is after the window. 3 hours later our empty cups are still at the table - nobody put it away. Just to understood - it's the area everybody see first during entering the hotel... Breakfast is so so and for sure not 5 *. No one put the empty plates away - after sitting there for 1 hour and a few guests. There is also olny one tea availible - green tea. There was a christmas dinner at 24.12. in the evening - written on a Letter in front of my door. Last order a la carte until 4pm. I found this letter in the morning at 06.00 am 25.12.25- senseless. If you stay there for a few days you'll see, a lot of things does not work. It's not five star - maximum 3+ and to expensive for that what you get. There are just a few guests and now I understood why - it's not nice. It's a pity - but we won't

The place was excellent. Huge pool. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Room temperature was perfect. Negatives: Hand soap is tiny. The toilet side overflows and the sink was clogged. Room was cleaned but did not replenish towels

Overall we love the property very clean amazing stuff .. love the breakfast buffet

Staffs ready to assist. The open space concept in the lobby was good. Food great. One negative comment: the bath soap so thin and tiny that a 2 person occupancy will need 4 a day.

Front desk staff and security are nice. Food is okay but very limited variety. Most of the juices and shakes are not available. I don't like the strong scent of air freshener in the lobby. It could have been better if they use mild relaxing scents. What I like is the cleanliness and the spacious rooms.

Beautiful stay in Camiguin . Im from Hubangon originally and currently living in the US. I stay here while visiting family .

Very clean and spacious

The resort is beautiful, the grounds are meticulously cared for . Huge pool. However the jacuzzi wasn’t working and cold. The housekeeping staff is amazing. They keep your room clean and stocked. Dining room staff are friendly but service is a little slow when you order. Also, some of the items in the menu are not available. The pool bar doesn’t serve drinks until 2 and you can’t even get water if you’re there earlier and it gets really hot. If you just want to stay in the hotel you’re ok but there is no night life in the “poblacion”. The breakfast buffet is the same everyday. Our best meal was the excellent bulalo and sinigang!

EXCELLENT!!!! Great location, the rooms were amazing. Staff members were great—overall definitely worth the decision to stay there.
